A Study On The Present Situation And Policy Support Of Women 's Entrepreneurship In Yangzhou City

In recent years, women entrepreneurships effects on economic development has attracted attention by all aspects of society. At the same time, governments have taken the appropriate measures to support women’s entrepreneurship, and have developed a series of plans to support and promote the development of women’s entrepreneurship. How to make a comprehensive and effective policy in our country to promote women entrepreneurs is becoming more and more important. In this article, taking Yangzhou City as an example, to discuss the women entrepreneurships and support policyIn order to promote undertaking new business, Yangzhou issued a series of preferential policies, these policies has been activated in Yangzhou entrepreneurial activity in a certain extent. With typical cases, this article analyses the policy support for different types of women’s entrepreneurial activity process and results, but the policy still exist many deficiencies. In this article, through the research survey, visiting, investigation to study entrepreneurial environment, present situation, entrepreneurial characteristics and existing problems of of Yangzhou women entrepreneurships. Compared with the past, Women entrepreneurship presents new features, for example:entrepreneurial enthusiasm has enhanced, the field of employment has extended, young women has became the main part of entrepreneurship, emphasis on innovation and development of enterprises, and strengthen the brand concept. Compared with men, women’s entrepreneurship has four aspects of difference:the lower proportion and small-scale of women entrepreneurs, burden of family influence, women have a more enduring entrepreneurial spirit, and people-oriented management. But women’s entrepreneurship also has problems:"the threshold" is too high, lack of financial support, the level of entrepreneurship needs to be improved, lack of information resource. In the basis of related policy of women entrepreneurship, comparing policy demand of women entrepreneurs, we can find the following drawbacks:too little policy specifically for women entrepreneurs, lacked of sabotage, not formed the subdivision of entrepreneurship policy system, and financial support policy is also not enough.Combining theory and practice experience at home and abroad, this article makes suggestions for improving women entrepreneurs policy from direct and indirect aspects in order to provide some suggestions for the relevant departments of Yangzhou City. Direct government policies include the establishment of specialized services for women entre-pruners, improving the financing environment and policy system. In addition, the government also can explore the government purchase of social business services, and the establishment of women entrepreneurship incubator center.
