Research On The Implementation Of The Policy Of Entrepreneurship Support For College Students In Fujian Province

Since 2006 college graduates facing the employment situation is more and more serious,become a national and provincial and municipal governments at all levels of concern.At the government level national general guideline of \ "employment\" is put forward,at the same time to entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities.But so far,the number of students in entrepreneurship proportion is not high,the low success rate of college students' entrepreneurial situation makes the local government will promote college students' entrepreneurship as an important topic.Study of fujian province college students entrepreneurship support policy implementation,on the one hand,improve the quality of public policy and government execution efficiency,reduce errors,improve the policy reference;On the other hand for the college students' entrepreneurship support policies for further discussion.Smith policy execution model of four factors,this paper to analyze the current status of college students' entrepreneurship support policy implementation in fujian province and the causes.First,by combing between January 2010 and December 2010 in fujian province college students entrepreneurship support policies,ideal policy analysis,policy enforcement agencies;Second,by according to different levels of different categories from different cities of fujian province college students questionnaire,analyzed the target group,policy execution environment,and accordingly puts forward Suggestions for the optimization of fujian province college students entrepreneurship support policy.
