In recent years,our country social economy rapid development,science and technology and information level also in progress under the impetus of the economic development,the innovation of technology have the great influence on all walks of life,the education teaching is no exception.The overall goal of modern education teaching reform,is to ask teacher should achieve a better combination of new technology and professional teaching ability,but look from the current situation and the teachers on how to practice in the teaching of the integrated use of technology and professional knowledge as there are still many problems,it is difficult to achieve expected target.It is because of the current teaching requirements is not consistent with the teachers can achieve,so many scholars and teachers are concerned about the problem of teacher training also come related theory,one of the more representative and applied theory,is the theory of TPACK.This study not only just now by wide attention both at home and abroad theory elaborated TPACK theory,also the paper discussed the TPACK research status at home and abroad.Through to the school teachers visited by interviews and questionnaire survey,analysis of the results of interviews and questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the ability of teachers integrate technology present situation,then analyze the teachers integrate the lack of technical ability,induces this result is due to teachers’ lack of discipline content(CK),technical knowledge(TK)and pedagogical knowledge(PK).The lack of knowledge of the teachers of these three aspects,leading to its to suit the requirements of integrating technology in teaching,and the three aspects of knowledge is the theoretical framework of TPACK core elements,which leads to TPACK and TPACK importance to teachers’ professional development.Professional training is an important way to promote teacher TPACK ability,therefore from the subject content knowledge(CK),technical knowledge(TK)and pedagogical knowledge(PK)three aspects put forward the strategies of the integration of technical abilitytraining teachers.The research results of this study on the theory level of teacher training in the future and is of certain guidance,on the practice level,provide feasibility for future teacher training guidelines and specific measures.
