In the post epidemic era,modern information technology has penetrated into all aspects of society,and traditional education has quietly experienced a subversive information revolution.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "education informatization 2.0 action plan”,which requires six informatization changes in the field of education,including resource view,technology view,development power view,education governance level and thinking type view.As the top priority in the process of education informatization,teachers’ information technology application ability is particularly important.In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the "opinions on the implementation of the national information technology application ability improvement project 2.0 for primary and secondary school teachers" to promote teachers to actively adapt to new technological changes such as informatization and artificial intelligence,and actively and effectively carry out education and teaching.Throughout the current research,teachers’ information technology application ability is uneven,and there is a lack of unified evaluation standards.Therefore,the evaluation and improvement of teachers’ information technology application ability has become an urgent need in today’s Education 2.0 era,and also an inevitable requirement for the realization of education informatization.This study uses literature research method to analyze the research status of relevant teachers’ information technology application ability at home and abroad.The results show that the combination of information technology and education and teaching in China is in the stage of rapid development,but the related research is still in the preliminary stage.Most of them focus on studying the status quo of teachers’information technology application ability by using individual cases or overall dimensions,while the research on the improvement of teachers’ information technology application ability is relatively simple.Screening related literature about teachers’ information technology application ability evaluation,found that most of the literature involves the evaluation principles,evaluation purpose,and the evaluation of specific operational implementation scheme and evaluation index are rarely mentioned,how to construct the teachers’ information technology application ability appraisal index and how to improve teachers’ information technology application ability become a problem to be solved.This research focuses on the construction of the evaluation index system of teachers’ information technology application ability,the application of the established evaluation index and the suggestion of ability improvement in Zhengzhou.The first chapter describes the research background,research status at home and abroad,research purpose,research significance,research content,research methods and technology route.The second chapter elaborates the core concepts and theoretical basis of this study.Firstly,it defines the core concepts such as the application ability of information technology and teacher’s application ability of information technology,and then it summarizes the theory of teacher development and teacher evaluation.The third chapter expounds the construction of the evaluation index system of teachers’ information technology application ability.Based on the TPACK theory framework and "Teacher Information Technology Application Capability Standard(Trial)",this study constructs the evaluation framework of teacher information technology application ability.The evaluation framework focuses on the construction of first-level evaluation indicators including teaching ability,technical ability and research ability.At the same time,in order to ensure the demonstration and feasibility of the scale,this study adopts the Delphi method to consult relevant experts and front-line teachers,screen and improve them,and obtain the corresponding second-level and third-level indicators.AHP was used to determine the weight,and the target grade was determined according to Likert’s five-grade scale.Finally,a complete evaluation index system of teachers’ information technology application ability was constructed.The fourth chapter in this paper,the teachers’ information technology to the design of the questionnaire evaluation scale and the concrete implementation,using cloned Bach coefficient and factor analysis method and analysis,reliability and validity of teachers’ information technology application ability score,the teachers’information technology application ability difference analysis,further verify the scientific nature and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and corresponding proposals are put forward.The fifth chapter,based on the analysis results of the scale data and reference to the evaluation index of teachers’ information technology application ability,conducts in-depth interviews with teachers,analyzes the dimensions and levels of teachers’information technology application ability,expounds the status quo of teachers’information technology application in Zhengzhou and puts forward suggestions.The sixth chapter clarifies the conclusion of the whole research process and analyzes the shortcomings of this study. |
