Senior school physics experiment is an important curriculum,experiment and knowledge complement each other,support each other,also is the criterion for testing theory knowledge,but physics experiment course is ignored for a long time these problems is greatly reduced the students’ interest in learning,which affect the students’ learning efficiency.At the same time,the student beginning ability and innovation can not get effective exercise,it will be a bad impact on learning and working,so,it is necessary to push the innovation and development of physics experiment.With the advent of the wave of the industrial revolution,the world into the rapid economic development of stage,followed by a constant demand of fossil fuels,such as coal,petroleum,natural gas,a large number of mining provides guarantee for economic development.Furthermore,the ecological and environmental have been damaged,environmental pollution and global warming have caused great harm to human beings’ living conditions and environment.And these non-renewable fuel and energy reserves is limited,so the urgent demand for energy and human sustainable development forced scientists need to find clean,renewable and environmentally friendly new energy.In recent years,the two-dimensional material because of its unique physical,chemical,optical and other properties in the photoelectric chemical energy storage,photoelectric sensors,solar cells,and other fields to get the preliminary development and application,but is in a stage of grope and exploration.In Se as a kind of important Group Ⅲ-Ⅵ semiconductor,there are three phase(beta,gamma,epsilon),the three phase structure and graphene structure is very similar to that of interlayer as the hexagonal structure,relying on the weak van der Waals force between layer and layer,is a new rise of layer 2D material,In addition,there is a rare cubic crystalline phase.Due to its narrow band width and good visible light absorption characteristics,it is widely used in other fields such as solar cell and field effect transistor(FETs).However,due to the complex synthesis process,the preparation requirements are more demanding,and Owing to the mismatch of valence electron numbers,indium selenides contain various complex compounds with different stoichiometric ratios,such as In Se,In2Se3,In3Se4,In4Se3,and In6Se7,which limits its further development.Therefore,it is urgent to find a simple and cost controllable preparation method.This paper mainly explores how to find a simple and efficient preparation method,In this paper,a simple two-step solvothermal-annealing method was used to successfully prepare the irregular nanometer flake.In addition,through process optimization,different solvents and reducing agents were changed to optimize the solvothermal time,annealing temperature and time,the photoelectric response characteristics are further improved,the basic reason of the increase of photoelectric current density is explained rationally by the mechanism of photoelectric current(crystallinity,absorption,morphology and impedance).The research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,choosing different reducing agents and solvents,the effects of different reducing agents and solvents on materials,morphology and properties were investigated,the main reasons for the effect of different reducing agents and solvents on their morphology and properties were investigated,and the advantages and disadvantages of different reducing agents and solvents were compared,the experimental result shows,reductants and solvents play an important role in the process of nucleation and growth of materials,which will directly affect the morphology of materials and affect their performance;(2)To find the suitable reducing agent and solvent,successful search for a suitable preparation method,and test some basic characterization of the material(XRD,SEM,EDS,TEM,HRTEM,XPS,UV-vis),the performance of the material was further analyzed.The result display,the material is the target material In Se,which have existed disadvantages such as not high crystallinity,irregular topography and insufficient photocurrent;(3)Aimming at shortcoming in the composition of the material,the preparation method needs to be optimized,by testing the photoelectric response characteristics under different preparation conditions,the preparation conditions were optimized,included solvothermal time,annealing temperature and time,further optimize the crystallinity and morphology to improve the photoelectric performance,and reasonable explanation is made for the reasons for the increase of photocurrent density(crystallinity,lattice defects,surface microstructure,light absorption and impedance)from the mechanism of photocurrent generation;(4)Through self-experience and feeling in scientific research,combined wtih teaching practice and found problem in practice,which proposed a series of strategies and plans,Providing new ideals for future education.
