College students in the new era shoulder the historical mission of building and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.While pursuing knowledge,they should also have good physical quality.At present,there are many universities offering optional courses of Wushu.The main content of teaching is ChangQuan of the third road.However,few schools have studied its impact on physical health.This study takes college students as the experimental object,and uses the methods of literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to study the influence of ChangQuan of the third road exercise on College Students' physical health,which is confirmed by experiments.In this study,149 students from Hunan Business Vocational and Technical College were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental period was one year.The body shape,physical function,physical fitness and other related indicators of the subjects were tested,and the experimental indicators were statistically analyzed to explore the impact of ChangQuan of the third road on the physical fitness of non-sports majors.The results are as follows:1.After one-year,three times a week,one hour of three-way long boxing exercises,there was no significant change in the body shape of theundergraduates,whether female or male,compared with the control group.Compared with the results before and after the experiment,it was found that the height,weight and BMI of undergraduates after the experiment were significantly different from those before the experiment.To show height and weight loss,BMI decreased.Further covariance analysis showed that the height before the experiment had a significant impact on the height after the experiment,but had no significant correlation with whether or not to practise the three-way long boxing.For female college students,practicing the three-way long boxing had a significant impact on their body weight and BMI,which indicated that the three-way long boxing had no significant impact on the body shape of male college students who were not majored in physical education.It has a certain effect on the improvement of female college students' body shape.2.After one-year,three times a week,one-hour ChangQuan of the third road exercises,the results of vital capacity test showed that the practice of ChangQuan of the third road had a significant effect on improving the level of cardiopulmonary endurance of non-sports majors in Colleges and universities.3.After a one-year,three times a week,one hour long ChangQuan of the third road exercises,the subjects in the experimental group had significant statistical differences in sitting forward bending,standing longjump,supine sit-up(female)/lead up(male)and 50 meters(female).It showed that practicing ChangQuan of the third road could effectively improve the flexibility and upper and lower limb strength of non-sports majors in Colleges and universities.However,there is no significant difference in the indexes of 50-meter(male),800-meter(female)and1000-meter(male)running,which indicates that the effect of practicing ChangQuan of the third road on College Students' endurance is not obvious,but the effect on College Students' speed is different between men and women.
