height.Changquan class routine is as a typical representative of competitive martial arts,the improvement of its competitive level of sports institutions Wushu routine students competitive ability puts forward new requirements.And how to make the martial arts students in the sports colleges and universities in the scientific training to improve the level of long boxing class competition and athletic competition in the good results,by the majority of experts,scholars,coaches attention.In view of these,the researchers will inherit the previous research results in terms of training methods,learn from advanced and mature training theory,transplantation and the use of a variety of training methods and methods,and with the long boxing style features closely to explore suitable for sports Institutions of martial arts students under the conditions of physical fitness under the special training means for the long boxing class students in the physical and technical skills can be balanced development to provide a scientific and effective training approach.It can be said that the exploration and innovation of the special physical quality training means of Changquan class routine will be the only way to develop students 'athletic ability and improve the students' athletic performance effectively.Changquan class students special physical training means the researchers from July 2015 to September 2016 in Guangdong Province,the provincial team and the team with the team training,observation and record,after a number of senior coaches with the discussion,and combines with long boxing class special students training practice gradually formed.In order to better carry out the scientific and effective implementation of the special physical training methods,the researcher will divide the whole experiment content into the following three stages according to the general rule of exercise training,that is,the adaptation process of the practitioner to the training means.Divided into the following: the first week to the second week,for the first stage;the third week to the seventh week,for the second stage;the eighth week to the twelfth week,for the third stage.In this study,two pre-tests were conducted before the experiment to test and adjust the test parameters and to familiarize the subjects with the whole test.After 12 weeks of long-boxing routine physical fitness training,the experiment was carried out.Subjects used in the 22 long boxing routine physical fitness test indicators were carried out on the structure and content validity representation of the test indicators.Expert validity averaged 4.68 points,with a higher degree of validity.The reliability test of the test index was tested by 10 students,and the re-test reliability data comparison concluded as follows:(1)12 weeks long boxing routine physical fitness training means to improve the martial arts students special forces(lower limbs,core)have a significant effect.The four test indicators on the indicators are significant.(2)12 weeks long boxing routine special physical training means of intervention to improve the Wushu routine students special speed(upper limb,lower limbs)have a significant effect.There are significant differences in the eight test indicators on the indicator.(3)12 weeks long boxing routine physical fitness training means to improve the Wushu routine students have a special level of endurance impact.Performance in the two test indicators 1 minute walk between the bow horse step change punch and 600 meters run with a significant difference.(4)12 weeks long fist class routine physical fitness training means to improve the martial arts routine students have a significant effect of special quality.Three test data on the indicator were significantly improved.(5)12 weeks long boxing routine physical fitness training means to improve the special balance of Wushu routine students have a significant effect.The two test
