With the implementation of the national policy,which to in order to reduce the burden in education system,the primary students lets out at "half past three" has become a social phenomenon.There is a word we call "half past three" phenomenon.Which means that some students are in a unattended situation result from they leave from early but parents leave work late.To some extent,it has created some problems which has aroused been attention and positive response from the government,society and schools.To school,as a relatively concentrated place of educational resources,plays a significant role in solving the problem.Since its establishment,X primary school has taken the initiative to carry out the school-led "half past three" activity,which not only solves the worries of parents,but also promotes the development of students.Taking the "half past three" activity of X primary school as the research object,this paper analyzes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the school-led after-school service mode in order to provide some references to solving the problems better.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the investigation of "half past three" activity in X primary school,analyzes the basic situation of X school and the background of starting the "half past three" activity,as well as the basic conditions for the school to carryout the "half past three" activity.The second part analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of the implementation of "half past three" activity in X primary school.Which analyzes the basic situation based on the survey data of teachers,parents and students,this part understands and analyzes the achievements and obvious deficiencies of the "half past three" activity in X primary school.The third part tries to think about the corresponding improvement strategies on the basis of the current situation,aiming to provide reference for the improvement of the school's "half past three" activity.In the fourth part,based on the experience of the implementation of "half past three" activity in X primary school.
