In the fast pace of life,students are energetic to find their feet open outside space,more and more children is in the state of unsupervised due to their parents work or work as migrant workers in the city.This period of time that the parents before work into the education becoming supervision gap period,safety supervision blank.Rural areas are particularly serious due to reasons such as staying behind,and there are endless safety problems for students outside school.Some primary school students lack self-protection consciousness and self-discipline ability,linger in the Internet bar street shop;Some students have a weak sense of safety and linger on the street after school;Some primary school students fight and fight for trouble,unconscious state downstream in the edge of the law;in particular,the left-behind children in rural areas,due to lack of parents' companionship for a long time,have planted the seeds of loneliness in their young minds,which has become the biggest hidden danger for their healthy growth..Therefore,it is necessary to find effective ways to help children to safely and effectively spend the time after school which is not regulated.In order to make students avoid accidents,violence,sexual abuse,Internet threats and abuse,let the extracurricular activities become a safe and orderly activity center,Dezhou government allocated large funds topromote the "half past four classroom" program,its main purpose is to use the spare time to help the students very fruitful,avoid behavior problems,solve the problem of students' after-school tutoring,after-school life and extracurricular activities.Since the implementation of the "half past four classroom",it has been very effective and has the trend of extending full time guidance to urban and rural students.This paper focuses on the extension of the classroom as the angle of view,taking Dezhou city as the research object the main classroom at half past four,half past four in the classroom to explore the development history,status quo and internal management of Dezhou city development and related courses at half past four classroom activities through the questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,and with thestudents after school education form whether to share fully half past four classroom after school to carry out educational activities,identify problems and deficiencies,and to analyze the feasibility of the proposed solution.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one: preface.The background,problems,significance and methods of this study are expounded.Through combing the past literature,we know the similar research situation at home and abroad,and take "after school education" and "expand classroom" as the theoretical basis of this research.The first chapter introduces the origin and the original intention of the half past four classroom in Dezhou,the realistic crisis faced by the rural children in Dezhou,and the development plan of the half past four classroom.The second chapter: To investigate the current situation of the half past four classroom in Dezhou,and select 110 schools in 11 counties and cities in the city as samples,through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the basic situation,curriculum construction,teaching staff and so on.The third chapter is to analyze the reasons for the positive impact of the half past four classroom and the shortcomings of its own existence.The fourth chapter: the countermeasures to improve the half past four classroom.This part is the thinking and exposition of solving the problem on the basis of the proposal,investigation and analysis of the problem.For example,the construction and improvement of teachers' library,the management system of multiple subjects,the development of curriculum resources,the construction of activity curriculum models,and the improvement of evaluation system.The fifth chapter: the conclusion.We should promote the development of the half past four classroom,give play to the waste heat after school,promote the expansion of classroom and expand schools,so as to better serve the healthy growth of students.
