As a public topic,civilized tourism has been widely concerned.Social media has frequently reported on civilized tourism/uncivilized tourism behaviors,and has repeatedly pushed civilized tourism issues to the public's perspective.Among them,the uncivilized behavior of outbound tourists has become the focus of major media and public opinion.Some citizens' uncivilized behaviors such as “not trimming,not being hygienic,not understanding etiquette,not observing order,not complying with regulations,not caring for the environment and public facilities,noisy” in tourism activities have seriously damaged China's etiquette.The image of the state has aroused widespread concern and criticism from public opinion at home and abroad,and the masses have reacted strongly.It is very urgent to conduct research and discussion on civilized tourism.Since the 20 th century,academic circles have been paying attention to civilized tourism,from non-moral behaviors,moral anomie,and moral weakening to uncivilized/civilized tourism behaviors.However,tourism research has not provided a strong research framework for civilized tourism research.Theoretical explanation.In addition,the existing research lacks a psychologically driven interpretation of the value of tourists' civilized tourism behavior.This paper explores the internal driving mechanism of civilized tourism behavior with the path of "valuebehavioral intention".From the perspective of ethics,which is the cross-cultural research needs in response to environmentally friendly behavior.By combining the theory of value belief nor the theory of planned behavior,the mechanism of intentional influence of civilized tourism behavior is constructed from the level of values and the level of rational behavior,and the test scale of influence factors of civilized tourism behavior is comprehensively derived,and the path of civilized tourism behavior is generated at the academic level.Make a specific statement.By constructing the structural equation model,the model is verified to find that the public values,altruistic values and self-interested values of young tourists directly influence the ethical paradigm;the ethical paradigm has a significant positive impact on the result consciousness,and the result consciousness has a significant positive impact on the attribution of responsibility.The impact of results has a significant positive impact on behavioral attitudes and perceived behavioral control;at the same time,responsibility attribution,behavioral attitudes,and perceived behavioral control directly influence the intention of civilized tourism behavior.On this basis,the research enlightenment is put forward: paying attention to the propaganda of civilized tourism,taking coercive measures to regulate the behavior of tourists when appropriate;strengthening the participation of tourists and cultivating the sense of ownership of tourists.
