Study On The Status Of Part-time Substitutes For Undergraduates In Normal School

With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for talents in the society has gradually diversified.The popularization of higher education and the expansion of colleges and universities have led to a rapid increase in the number of graduates.The employment of college students has become a social phenomenon that cannot be ignored in all walks of life.Under the circumstance,more and more college students have more thoughts on their career planning.Among them,part-time work is an important channel for undergraduate students to communicate with the society.Especially in the normal colleges and universities,college students become part-time substitutes.The best way for college students to explore career.While part-time substitutes play a positive role,a series of problems reflected in this process have become the focus of attention from all walks of life.Therefore,how to actively guide undergraduates’ part-time substitute classes to promote undergraduates The healthy and orderly conduct of part-time substitutes not only has an indelible impact on the growth of undergraduates,but also plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities and the progress of society.Firstly,based on the combing of relevant literatures,this paper expounds the research background,research purposes and research significance of current college students’ part-time substitute courses,and summarizes the theoretical results of the predecessors.Secondly,undergraduate students from three normal colleges in Hunan Province were selected as survey subjects.The self-made questionnaires and interview outlines were used to investigate the current situation of undergraduate part-time substitutes,and the survey data were collected for summary and analysis.Finally,through an in-depth understanding of the types of undergraduate part-time substitutes,the motivation of part-time substitutes,the way of part-time substitutes,and the income status of part-time substitutes,this paper analyzes the characteristics of undergraduate part-time substitutes and the positive influence from the current situation of undergraduate part-time substitutes.On the basis of the status quo and characteristics of undergraduate part-time substitutes,through the analysis of the survey data,it summarizes the problems existing in the undergraduate part-time substitute class and the corresponding influences,and proposes to strengthen the management suggestions for undergraduate part-time substitutes.Betterpromote the healthy and orderly conduct of undergraduate part-time substitute classes.
