Recent year phenomenon of part-time job of college students developed in a strong trend, butalso it developed from the individual phenomenon gradually into a kind of common phenomenonwhich was worth paying attention. But as phenomenon of college students doing part-time joboccured, the resulting problems surfaced, and direct against this question researches wererelatively few, articles which discussed such problems from the perspective of economics wereless, only few articles discussing phenomenon of doing part-time job were not deeply, there weremuch less experiences using for reference to guide the students to do part-time jobs. This articlewas analysed from the Angle of time allocation theory to college students part-time behavior,based on the experience of the foreign articles, with the method of questionnaire to sample fromshenyang normal university, and then found the causes of influence college students part-timebehavior and the factors that affected its behavior change, putting forward the reasonablecountermeasures and suggestions combining with data collected from Chinese nationalconditions, problems on college students’ part-time study have certain reference significance.The author thinks that part-time behavior of college students was a kind of inevitable, finding thefactors that affected part-time behavior of college students in a timely manner could properlyguide college students to do part-time and arrange part-time time reasonably, let the studentsclearly understand what you were doing rather than blindly followed, this not only on collegestudents’ future development play a positive role in all, also could promote their own quality.Students as the reserve forces of a country, only the team growing, development of all aspects ofthe countries was guaranteed.
