| Strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and universities,as well as promoting the combination of technology,knowledge and capital,is an important strategic support for the development of innovation economy in China.At present,China's universities not only take the traditional knowledge transfer and academic research responsibility,but also bear the important platform for technological progress,scientific and technological innovation.With the help of a variety of ways,universities and their scientific research personnel have access to the capital market to promote scientific and technological achievements of the industry development.Finally,these factors have formed a lot of University background listing Corporation.The corporation backed by University can rely on the scientific research platform to get tangible and intangible resources and support from government,academic partners and risk investment more easily.And therefore,these corporations will get more attention from the investors in the market.However,compared with the non-university background,is the listing Corporation able to bring better innovation ability and management performance?Based on this problem,this paper selects the time series data from 98 universities background listing corporations and 48 non-university background listing corporations in 2010 to 2014.Compared with the non-university background listing corporation,university background listing corporation has better management performance.Firstly,this paper describes the background,significance,research status and research contents and methods.Secondly,the paper summarizes the relevant theory of University listing Corporation.Thirdly,according to the empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the related theory of University listing Corporation.Finally,the paper summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward some suggestions on the development of the listing Corporation in the future. |
