Research On The Ways,Mechanisms And Strategies Of Academic Master Enrollment

Academic postgraduate education has its own unique development law,which is reflected in the training mode,selection criteria,training objectives,curriculum requirements,tutors,papers and other aspects.This research mainly studies the way and mechanism of academic master's enrollment in China from historical and comparative perspectives.Taking the American and British academic master's enrollment as an example,based on the reality of the development of Chinese academic master's education,this study draws lessons from its beneficial elements,with a view to providing countermeasures and suggestions for the better development of the selection of academic master's enrollment in China.The main viewpoints and conclusions of this research are as follows:(1)Academic postgraduate education has special attributes such as “academic”,“scientific research” and “theoretical”.Therefore,the selection of academic master's enrollment should start with its special attributes and clarify the selection criteria for quality students.(2)The selection of postgraduate enrollment is not an isolated behavior.On the one hand,it is deeply influenced by the traditional Chinese history and culture,maintaining its own development track and carrying the genes of history and culture;on the other hand,it is deeply influenced by the historical conditions and the environment.On the whole,the evolution of the selection mode of academic postgraduate enrollment is the efforts and choices made by human subjects under the given historical conditions.The criteria of academic postgraduate recruitment and selection can not be invariable,which will change with the needs of The Times and the needs of the society.We should not treat the change and selection of graduate student recruitment and selection in an isolated and closed way,but should review the graduate student recruitment and selection method in relation to the background of The Times and the overall situation.(3)The mechanism of admission and selection of academic postgraduates in China has the characteristics of "dual system",enlarging the autonomy of admission units,and repeated re-examination reform.The problems of selection methods,selection fairness,talent diversion,selection right of tutors,examination subjects and investigation contents are the urgent problems to be improved and solved in the recruitment and selection of academic postgraduates.(4)Both the United States and the United Kingdom insist on starting from the process,introducing competition mechanism,and establishing a "wide entry and strict exit" training mechanism.They attach great importance to the candidates' undergraduate grades,strict admission standards,and wide range of investigation.Objective and authentic recommendation letters become an important basis for selecting candidates and maintain the power of academic organizations in the selection process.(5)The selection of academic postgraduate enrollment should re-examine the candidates' qualifications for enrollment,expand the discourse power of the tutors in the selection,establish third-party enrollment and selection institutions,follow the rules of academic talent development,the law of human development,the selection rules of enrollment examinations,etc.Based on the cultivation of scientific research talents and academic talents.
