Research On The Reform Of Professional Degree Of Master Gradute Student Enrollment System In Our Country

Professional degree and academic degree are different kinds of education form, its specific profession as the background, developing high-level cultivate specialized talents as the main target. Since 1991, the specialized degree graduate student education in our country got preliminary development, and from 2009 onwards, full-time professional degree graduate student enrollment expansion which prompted professional degree postgraduate education and academic degree postgraduate education are equally important in China. As the first barrier of professional degree education of postgraduate, only continuous reform enrollment system can better meet the needs of the development of economy and society.The article supported by human capital theory and institutional change theory, and uses literature research method, historical research method, comparative research method and data analysis method to our country professional degree graduate student enrollment system reform carried on the thorough analysis.On the one hand, the article according to the time sequence analysis of the professional degree graduate education in our country since reform and opening up the development of the four stages, which namely:from scratch, from weak to strong development process, illustrates the professional degree gradually to the attention of the national and social recognition. On the other hand, this paper discusses the influence of professional degree graduate student enrollment system reform in our country, the development of economy and the improvement of the structure of education and with the international education standards is the main reason for the professional degree graduate student enrollment system reform, the government's decision-making, colleges and universities support, experts and scholars of the initiative, the mass media dissemination and the innovation of the local government is the main body of professional degree graduatestudent enrollment system reform and the way of behavior.Since 2016, our country will cancel on-the-job entrance examination, all into the national unity of postgraduate enrollment plan, so the article focus on the nationwide examination professional degree graduate student enrollment system reform. Article divide the recruitment system for enrollment plan management system, registration system, exam system, enrollment system four links in chronological order, and described the each link of the system reform of the status quo, using charts and data as auxiliary.Through the process, we found the specialized degree graduate student enrollment system reform and the problems existing in the process, such as the public understanding of the professional degree of deviation,recruitment information release is not comprehensive, qualifying examination content is unreasonable,push the avoidance of policy on the one hand lead to "the school recruitment of students unit" high-quality students drop, on the other hand, increased the exam passed "elite schools" competition, and so on. The article tries to find a professional degree enrollment system reform path, such as expanding the propaganda to improve people's awareness of professional degree, make full use of information technology, release information through the network to ensure the unity of comprehensiveness of information disclosure and channels. Hope that through this study, on the basis of detailed carding degree of enrollment system reform in our country, finding the problems existing in the professional degree enrollment system reform, and providing new train of thought for the professional degree graduate student enrollment system reform in our country.
