In 2010,the Ministry of Education issued the “Outline of the National Program for Long-and Medium-Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)”and” the State Council's Opinions on the Current Development of Pre-school Education.”.For the first time,pre-school education appeared in the national educational reform policy as an independent chapter.With the publishing of the “Guidance Opinions”,people are increasingly aware of the important role of preschool education,and the professional development of preschool teachers has also been under the spotlight.The transferred teachers in kindergarten are a special group of teachers who appear in accordance with national policies.Their existence effectively alleviates the problem of kindergarten teachers' stress and has great significance to the development of preschool education.Based on this,the author has determined the status investigation of the professional development of the transferred teachers in kindergartens.By using the documentary study,questionnaire survey,interview method,observation method,etc.,from the three aspects of professional concept and morality,professional knowledge and professional ability,the status of the professional development of the transferred teachers in Yichun city's kindergarten was investigated,and the advantage and insufficiency of the professional development of the transferred teachers in Yichun City's kindergarten were summarized.The author also analyzed the constraints of professional development from three dimensions of government level,kindergarten level and teacher's own level and finally offers some corresponding strategies: the government should implement the responsibility and obligation for the professional development of the transferred teachers;Kindergartens should create environment to promote the professional development of teachers;the transferred teachers should give play to the subjective initiative,and improve their professional competence.
