The document of "professional standards for teachers of secondary vocational schools"(hereinafter referred to as "professional standards")issued by the Ministry of education in 2013 has clearly defined the standard requirements of teachers in secondary vocational schools in China for the first time.It is the implementation of the 18th CPC National Congress's spirit of speeding up the development of modern vocational education and the spirit of the State Council's opinion on strengthening the construction of teachers.It is also the implementation of the national education plan.It will further promote the construction of the standard system of teachers' team and the construction of "double-qualified teachers" teachers in secondary vocational schools."Professional standards" elaborated the standard requirements of secondary vocational school teachers,which included 27requirements,such as teaching design,teaching implementation,training practice organization,class management and education activities,education and teaching evaluation,communication and cooperation,teaching research and professional development,a total of 27 requirements,the content of the largest proportion.As the key to determine the quality of secondary vocational school teachers,professional competence plays a vital role in the professional development of teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the professional competence level of teachers in secondary vocational schools at the present stage,to find out the problems encountered in the course of professional ability development of secondary vocational school teachers,and to put forward solutions to the secondary vocational schools,to promote the development of teachers' professional ability in secondary vocational schools.After fully understanding the current research status of teachers' professional competence in secondary vocational schools,it is determined that the selection of methods is combined with theoretical research and empirical research,mainly using literature research,investigation and analysis and statistical analysis.According to the professional standards,the questionnaire and questionnaire of the status of teachers'professional competence in secondary vocational schools are compiled and the sampling survey is adopted.A questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers in secondary vocational schools nationwide.The present situation of professional competence of secondary vocational school teachers is the starting point of the study.The research on the theoretical basis,current situation and problems,reasons and solutions to teachers'professional competence in secondary vocational schools is aimed at raising practical and valuable strategies and suggestions for the development of teachers' professional competence in secondary vocational schools.The first part is the introduction.It includes the reasons for the topic and the significance of the research,and summarizes the research status of the professional competence of secondary vocational school teachers,states the research ideas and methods,and defines the core concepts involved,and rethinks the innovation and shortcomings.The second part is the theoretical foundation of teachers' professional competence in secondary vocational schools.The study of teachers' professional competence is mainly based on the theory of teacher professional development stage,the theory of"double teacher" teachers and the theory of human resource management and development.The role of teacher professional development stage theory in secondary vocational school teachers' professional competence embodies that teachers in secondary vocational schools have different abilities in different teaching stages,and the development of teachers' professional competence follows the rules of the theory of teacher professional development stage,and the professional development stage theory of teachers can grasp the professional ability of secondary vocational school teachers to a certain extent,and can helps teachers improve their professional competence.There are many similarities between the theory of "double-qualified teachers" and the professional standards,which are aimed at emphasizing the good professional practice ability of the teachers in vocational schools.When the teachers are build the"double-qualified",they are also practice professional abilities.Therefore,the teachers'professional ability should be improved as a result of build "double-qualified teachers".The theory of human resource management and development is mainly involved in the recruitment,training,incentive and assessment of the personnel in schools,and has a strong reference to the measures to promote the development of professional ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools.The third part is the analysis of the status of teachers' professional competence in secondary vocational schools,including questionnaire,reliability analysis,distribution,recovery and data analysis.According to the requirements of professional standards,a questionnaire for teachers is compiled,which mainly includes seven basic requirements,namely,teachers' basic information and professional ability.The results show that the overall level of teachers' professional competence in secondary vocational schools is low,and teachers' gender,professional title and professional qualification certificates have great influence on teachers' professional competence.The fourth part is the problem analysis of secondary vocational school teachers'professional ability.The level of professional competence is low,the development of various dimensions is not balanced,and the professional ability to be improved is the problem of professional ability of secondary vocational school teachers.Especially,the organizational ability of practical training is the most weak aspect of the teachers.The fifth part is the cause analysis of the problems existing in secondary vocational school teachers' professional ability.First of all,secondary vocational schools and teachers are lack of effective understanding and due attention to professional competence,showing that the enthusiasm of teachers' professional development in secondary vocational schools is not high and the enthusiasm of learning practice is not strong.Secondly,the training system of teachers in secondary vocational schools is not healthy,the teachers' qualification system in secondary vocational schools is not reasonable,and the training of teachers can not be put into play.The cooperation between school and enterprise has not been implemented in place.Thirdly,the system of teacher management and assessment in secondary vocational schools is not conducive to the development of teachers' professional ability.The defects of teacher management affect the enthusiasm of teachers' professional development,and the examination system restricts the enthusiasm of teachers to improve their study.Finally,the scientific research system in secondary vocational schools is not perfect,to a certain extent it is unfavorable.In the field of teachers,we need to create new research and education teaching research.The sixth part is the suggestions for the development of teachers' professional competence in secondary vocational schools.The management system,scientific research system and teacher assessment system of secondary vocational school teachers are perfected and reform to provide the system foundation for the promotion of teachers'professional ability.To improve the quality of teachers' professional development in secondary vocational schools,we should start with five aspects:improving the training system of secondary vocational school teachers,strict standards of secondary vocational school teachers,making the sources of secondary vocational schools more diversified,improving the proportion of "double-qualified teachers" teachers and the training of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Through the establishment of incentive mechanism for the development of professional competence of teachers in secondary vocational schools,the platform requirements,material requirements and spiritual requirements for the development of teachers' professional competence provide the core motivation for the development of teachers' professional ability.Through building the situation of communication between secondary vocational school teachers and all walks of life,we can provide social support for teachers' professional development.
