Lately,China has accelerated the pace of economic restructuring, and a large number of returnees back to China to choose their jobs. The employment situation is becoming more and more serious,so it is urgent to start entrepreneurship activities to provide high value-added products and services.Entrepreneurship not only solves employment problems for entrepreneurs, but also provides a large number of jobs for the society. However, compared with developed countries, the rate of starting a business in our country has been at a relatively low level. At present, the study of "study experience" in various factors that affect the intention of starting a business gradually attracts scholars' attention.Although study says that individual study abroad experience plays an important role in individual entrepreneurial intention, the empirical research on the mechanism of action between the two is scarce.Specifically,on the basis of sorting out relevant research literature, the following three research questions are proposed: First, what is the relationship between study experience and entrepreneurial intention? Second, what is the mechanism of study experience acting on entrepreneurial intentions? Third, whether the mechanism of study experience on entrepreneurial intention will be affected by the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial psychology? In order to explain the above problems, based on the current entrepreneurial environment in China's economic transition, this study builds a mechanism model of studying experience and entrepreneurial intention through summarizing the literature. This article analyzes the empirical part from two stages.First, the exploratory factor analysis was used to measure the initial scale items.Secondly, the structural hypotheses and theoretical models were verified.Through the empirical analysis of 449 valid questionnaires, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Individual study experience has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention;(2)The impact of different dimensions of individual study experience on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship resilience(3)Psychological resilience of entrepreneurship plays an intermediary role in the process of individual study experience affecting entrepreneurial intention;(4)Different dimensions of entrepreneurship resilience have different effects on entrepreneurial intention. We conclude that entrepreneurship potential of people with studying abroad background should be further evoked,co-education with foreign education institutions should be encouraged, and further entrepreneurship education should be strengthened.
