| With the advancement of China’s economic reforms,innovation and entrepreneurship have become the common appeal of all fields of society,and the government has continuously introduced various support policies to encourage "mass entrepreneurship and innovation." At present,China’s entrepreneurial environment has been greatly improved,and innovation and entrepreneurship are developing so fast.China vigorously supports college students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship.In fact,in many innovation or entrepreneurship competitions,master students have won awards many times because of their academic knowledge advantages,innovative vision and execution ability,demonstrated better entrepreneurial ability.Master students will inevitably become an important part of the entrepreneurial groups in knowledge economical time.This trend will definitely transform the concept,system and model of talent training in Chinese higher education.Universities and entrepreneurial service organizations should combine theory and practice to explore the connotation of entrepreneurship of master students,combine the characteristics of master students,create the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship of graduate students,and effectively improve the entrepreneurial tendency of master students.In order to better explore the methods of entrepreneurship education for master students,optimize the methods of entrepreneurship education of master students,and enhance the entrepreneurial ability of master students,this article takes the impact of entrepreneurial experience on entrepreneurial ability as a research perspective,and takes H University as a sampling area to investigate the entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial ability of 448 master students.To explore the impact of entrepreneurial experience of master students on their entrepreneurial ability by using a questionnaire survey,this article combined with descriptive statistical analysis and propensity score matching method(PSM),and reached the following research conclusions:1.Master students in H university have a mid-to-upper level of entrepreneurial ability,with outstanding performance in entrepreneurial perseverance and practical learning,and weak scores in relationship competence and innovative manufacturing capacity.The scores of master students who participated in the entrepreneurial coursesor activities are higher than those who did not participated,and the scores of master students in different disciplines are different.2.According to the sample data,the entrepreneurial ability scores of master students with entrepreneurial experience are significantly higher than those of master students without entrepreneurial experience,indicating that entrepreneurial experience has Positive impact on entrepreneurial ability.Entrepreneurial ability and the depth of entrepreneurial experience(time,the number of times,the correlation of multiple entrepreneurial experiences)were positively correlated.In addition,it was concluded that entrepreneurial ability was positively correlated with the role of personal professional knowledge,professional relevance,and the importance of roles in entrepreneurial experience.On the basis of the research conclusion above,the research put forward some suggestions for master students,universities and entrepreneurship service institutions,government and entrepreneurship management institutions1.For master students: entrepreneurs should be more widely involved in entrepreneurial activities and increase their entrepreneurial roles;potential entrepreneurs should increase the accumulation of entrepreneurial experiences,explore their own disciplinary innovation points,improve the role of major knowledge in entrepreneurial experience,engage in different entrepreneurial functions,build their own entrepreneurial network,and prepare for the future entrepreneurship.2.For universities and entrepreneurial service institutions: they should employ more entrepreneurial teachers and mentors with practical experiences;reform the entrepreneurial education and increase the guidance of entrepreneurial practice;carry out feedback mechanism of entrepreneurial education,training and practical guidance to improve and guide in a targeted way;expand and cooperate with entrepreneurial parks,science and technology parks or large enterprises to build a platform for entrepreneurship,publicize the positive effects of entrepreneurial experience,recommend excellent entrepreneurial project cooperation and potential entrepreneurs to enter the entrepreneurial park.3.For the government and entrepreneurship management institutions: they should issue relevant policies to encourage and support excellent enterprises to absorb master postgraduates’ internship and employment;give key support to masterpostgraduates’ entrepreneurship enterprises to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship;publicize the experience of excellent entrepreneurial teams.In addition,the government and entrepreneurship management institutions or excellent enterprises shall jointly contribute to the establishment of entrepreneurship practice
