Entrepreneurship is the foundation of development and innovation is the source of vitality.Under the current epidemic impact and complex domestic and international situations,"mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become an important support for building an innovative country.If independent innovation fails,it will be difficult to change the situation of backward technology.Innovation is not easy,especially entrepreneur ship.Entrepreneurship has always been the engine of economic development,which plays an important role in stabilizing employment,In particular,the current situation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control is severe and complex,the acceptance ability of the job market has been unable to cope with the huge number of college graduates,and how to better promote college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship has become a problem in front of us.College students are the power source of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the core force of economic and technological development.They are energetic,active in thinking,and have a high level of knowledge and skills,which play an important role in stimulating market vitality and improving scientific and technological innovation ability.As a new force for the future social development,the successful effect of university entrepreneurship is directly related to the realization of the plan of building an innovative country in China.However,from the current situation,there are not many college graduates who have just stepped into the society to start their own businesses,while those who are enthusiastic about starting their own businesses are vulnerable to failure due to the uncertainty of business operation and development,and the success rate of entrepreneurship is low.The low success rate of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship is mainly due to their low level of sustainable entrepreneurship.At present,most of the research on college students’ entrepreneurship focuses on the discussion of mechanism and system,relevant policy environment,curriculum and other aspects.There is less research on the sustainable entrepreneurial ability of successful entrepreneurs,and the research on the sustainable entrepreneurial ability of successful entrepreneurs has not been integrated into the reform of higher education.How can a college student really become an entrepreneur of a high-tech enterprise?What entrepreneurial capabilities are required?What are the specific indicators to measure?How to feed back the entrepreneurial ability that successful entrepreneurs need to have to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities?In view of the above problems,the relevant research was carried out from the logical starting point of the continuous entrepreneurial ability required by successful high-tech entrepreneurs,and from the perspective of the successful representatives of the entrepreneurs of high-tech enterprises in good operation,namely,college students’ continuous entrepreneurs.First of all,Starting from the relevant literature,a large number of detailed analyses have been made on the research on entrepreneurship at home and abroad,and the concepts and indicators of entrepreneurship have been screened and analyzed.Based on the grounded theory analysis method,Delphi method and quantitative method,the questionnaire survey results were tested,and a set of indicator elements system of college students’ sustainable entrepreneurship ability was constructed,including three primary indicators of entrepreneurial skills,personality characteristics and personal characteristics,nine secondary indicators of core technology,team building ability,leadership,willpower,emotional intelligence,industry understanding,product competitiveness,opportunity utilization,resource integration 24 three-level indicators,including empathy,entrepreneurial vigilance,and adventurous spirit.Secondly,the indicator system is applied to college students’ continuous entrepreneurs,structural equation and analytic hierarchy process are used to make empirical analysis on college students’ continuous entrepreneurs,giving weight to the indicators,and make a differentiation analysis on college students’ continuous entrepreneurial ability.Especially,for the two groups of college students’ continuous entrepreneurs:the entrepreneurial group who start their business in college and continues the business after graduation and the entrepreneurial group who start their business within five years after graduation,It is found that there are obvious differences in entrepreneurial abilities between the two groups.Finally,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods,this paper conducts research on college students’ continuous entrepreneurs and college students’entrepreneurs respectively,comparing their entrepreneurial abilities.The research found that the entrepreneurial ability scores of college students’ entrepreneurs are generally lower than those of college students’ continuous entrepreneurs.The specific difference abilities of college students’ entrepreneurs were obtained by comparison,which are team building ability,emotional intelligence and industry understanding.The influencing factors of the three abilities were analyzed,in order to provide useful reference for the reform of entrepreneurship education in universities
