Research On The Efficiency Of Financial Subsidies For Vocational Training Of New Technology Workers In Jiangsu

With the rise of the new round of scientific revolution,the industrial revolution is also imminent.Our country is in an important period of economic and social transformation.We must expand domestic demand as far as possible and complete the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading.Although Jiangsu province has rich labor resources,it is still difficult to meet the requirements of the transformation and development of manufacturing industry.At present,Jiangsu province to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial workers,the central and local financial investment in new technology workers occupation training work is increasing,the efficiency of the new technology workers subsidies has become the focus of public attention,the related research also came into being.It is of practical significance to study the efficiency of financial subsidy funds,whether it has achieved the expected effect and what factors affect its efficiency.It can help the government to determine the efficiency of financial investment and to improve the space for it.Firstly,based on the historical data and questionnaire analysis of the implementation of the present situation of Jiangsu new skilled workers occupation training and financial subsidies,expounds the existing problems;secondly,using data envelopment analysis method of efficiency evaluation index set,calculation and analysis of the results,evaluates the overall efficiency of financial subsidies in Jiangsu Province occupation training new technology finally the influence factors of workers;new skilled workers in the occupation training subsidies efficiency,and strengthen the management of project funds from work and standardize financial subsidies budget system,improve the efficiency of financial subsidies,financial subsidies to strengthen supervision and management of the content and the implementation efficiency assessment system and put forward measures and suggestionsThere are two main points in the innovation of this paper,namely,the innovation of the research object and policy recommendations.This paper fills the gap of previous studies by studying the implementation of government subsidies invested by new skilled workers in vocational training,and improves the efficiency of all kinds of financial subsidies.At the same time,data envelopment analysis is used to select indicators and establish models,which provides scientific basis for the analysis of the implementation status of financial subsidies.On this basis,it puts forward reasonable public policy recommendations,which has strong practical significance.
