Research On The Protection Mechanism Of The Allocation Of Educational Resources In Songjiang District

Resource allocation as an important part of the education,determines the effective allocation and utilization of educational resources.Public management functions,as one of the mainstay of resource allocation,often resort to a number of guarantee mechanisms to facilitate the achievement of resource allocation.Therefore,the guarantee mechanism of resource allocation plays an important role in promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.With the development of economy and the large number of population introduction,there is an imbalance in the allocation of compulsory education resources in a certain District of Shanghai,such as school construction,educational facilities and equipment,and the proportion of high quality teachers is less reasonable.Depth analysis of the reasons behind,and the local resources allocation mechanism has a direct and close relationship.This paper starts from the guaranteemechanism of resource allocation,and uses the literature method,the investigation method,the statistical analysis method and the case analysis method to sort out the analysis of the current situation of the balanced development of resource allocation in compulsory education in a certain District of Shanghai.It points out some problems such as the present lack of top level design,prominent weak problemsand inadequate construction of connotations,and put forward some suggestions to improve the system guarantee,carry out the mechanism to promote,improve the teacher allocation,optimize the material guarantee and carry out innovation and development.To extract the concrete practice of building the community,building the development chain,innovating the reform point,changing the administrative system,paying attention to the students' development evaluation and enhancing principals education leadership.This paper combs the current regional problems and puts forward the rationalization suggestions on the basis of the analysis of the problems,which has a certain guiding effect on optimizing the guarantee mechanism of the balanced development of regional compulsory education resources,and also plays a reference role in other regional research and practice.
