Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Safety Management In Kindergartens

Child safety is the top priority of all kindergartens,which directly affects children's healthy growth,but also affects children's family and social stability.The "second child policy" has caused the opening of the reproduction peak again,the kindergarten is facing great challenges,and the security work of the kindergarten is a great challenge.Child safety work has become a focus of attention is that in today's society in recent years,frequent kindergarten safety accidents,these accidents occur in different types of the country,the kindergarten,the kindergarten has accidents for children,parents and teachers' physical and mental caused great influence.In order to prevent or prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,the safe work of kindergartens needs joint management of multiple departments.Through literature search,questionnaire analysis discovered that there are many problems in the safety management,both the relevant safety laws and regulations are not perfect,there are problems of kindergarten safety management system in the imperfect or difficult to implement,such as kindergarten management subject or education this problem a weak sense of security.Therefore,in view of the above related problems,we need to put forward relevant countermeasures to solve the problem.Through literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper explores the problems existing in kindergarten safety management,and summarizes relevant problems,finds out the reasons,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.This paper studies from the following aspects: introduction,including research background,research significance,research contents,research methods,technology paths,and innovation points.The first chapter is the basic theory of the safety management in kindergartens.Mainly using the theory of public crisis management,comprehensive emergency response theory,system management theory,etc.,combined with kindergarten safety management problems,transfer experience and solve problems.The second chapter,the problem of kindergarten safety management and the cause analysis.From the legal issues,management issues,the main problems on problem analysis,find deficiencies,kindergarten safety management related laws and regulations in the in-depth study of kindergarten safety management problems in the system,work of kindergarten work related subject analysis,analysis of the causes of all the problems behind.The third chapter,the international experience and reference of the safety management of the kindergarten.This paper mainly introduces relevant experience of kindergarten,safety management in America,England,France and Japan,and learns and draws lessons from perfect legislative system,kindergarten management system and other related experience,so that migration can be applied to kindergarten safety management in China.The fourth chapter,the research on the Countermeasures for the safety management of kindergartens.From kindergarten safety laws and regulations optimization,kindergarten safety management system adjustment,safety responsibility consciousness improvement,put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to solve the problem.
