The Study On Campus Safety Accidents From The Perspective Of Accident Causation Theory

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put foreword the idea of giving priority to education,speeding up the modernization of education,and running a satisfactory education.The prerequisite for people's satisfaction is security.Maintaining campus security is conducive to the development of education.Campus security is not only the foundation of campus activities,but also the guarantee of education reform.However,the problem of frequent campus security accidents has not been properly resolved.Campus security accidents happen frequently,The identification of responsibility for accidents is still not clear enough and the academic research on campus safety is still limited in qualitative and quantitative.The theme and purpose of this study is to find the causes,logic and measures of campus safety accidents.The lack of campus safety accident research needs us to analyze the research status of safety accidents.Through studying the literature,we can find out the focus and differences of the current campus safety accidents,understand the logic,effect and characteristics and find out the problems and key factors.On this basis,we can find solutions.Therefore,this paper focuses on the campus security incidents.Firstly,By collecting 104 campus accidents reported by xinhuanet.com and people.com.cn from 2009 to 2019,we built a case database.The research methods mainly include literature research,comparative analysis,accident tree analysis and case analysis.The second is to define the concept and analyze its applicability.The thesis uses a variety of research methods,such as literature research,accident tree analysis,case analysis and AHP.The article combs the domestic and foreign research and clarifies the relevant concepts and theories.In addition,this paper studies the applicability of accident causation theory in campus safety accidents;The third is case studies,through the analysis of case database,we find out the core characteristics of campus safety accidents,including the characteristics of time,type,transparency,severity and responsibility subject;The fourth is the analysis of accident cause,This paper selects typical cases from the case database and find out the key factors including unsafe behavior,unsafe condition,environment and management,On this basis,using the software of yaahp to calculate information weight and construct the hierarchy indicator.Finally,inspired by the analysis of the cause of the accident,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions from four aspects:Risk control,Create a safe environment,Safety management and response mechanism.
