Research On Social Conflicts Among Stakeholders In Agriculture Innovation System(AIS)

With the progress of the society and the development of agriculture,the factors that affect the development of agricultural industry are no longer the technology centered,the target of production as the target,but the dimension of the agricultural innovation system,and how the corresponding industrial value chain is connected effectively and the communication and interaction among the related interest groups.In the conflict and conflict mitigation,to promote the better development of the industry.Under this background,the study selected the rice duck farming innovation system in S village of Shuangyang District of Jilin Province as the research carrier,and collected the data needed by the unstructured interview method and the participation observation method and so on.According to the collected data,the agricultural innovation system of S village in Shuangyang District has different interests in the development process.There are social conflicts between groups.Through the conflict analysis of different interest groups,the conflict of different interest groups in the S village innovation system is divided into intra organization conflicts,namely,the conflict between farmers and farmers,the conflicts between farmers and cooperatives,the conflicts outside the organization,the conflict between the cooperatives and the market,the conflict of the cooperatives and the promoters.According to the data analysis,the operation process of rice and duck farming in the village was carried out.The main cause of the conflict was the imbalance of the distribution of interests,the different ideas between different roles and the change of the market.In order to promote the further development of the system of rice and duck co innovation,it is proposed to coordinate the interests distribution of the parties,strengthen the communication,pay attention to the market change at any time,and adjust the price and development ideas in time.
