Mobile phone has been the most popular way of relaxation for the general public nowadays,with the development of Internet technology and wireless mobile computing technology.When it comes to game industry itself,online games areas are booming,especially mobile games.The prosperity of mobile games industry has everything to do with a great number of game players.43.2% players are female out of the 26 to 35 years old mobile game players added in just 2017.Therefore,the amount and scale of female mobile game players cannot be underestimated nor neglected.This article study on how customer's degree of satisfaction,perceived value,and conversion cost,as well as the three variables that affect perceived value,which influence customer loyalty based on former studies of scholars in this field.Those three variables are functional value,sentimental value and benefit value.This is an empirical research which adopted credibility test,effective test,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify hypothesis.In addition,this article discusses and accounts for results of the questionnaires.
