In recent years,the private foreign language training market in China is in the stage of rapid development.In this situation,the competition of the national private foreign language training institutions in the country is very fierce.J city private foreign language training market is becoming mature,and the focus of competition has gradually changed,from the original simple price war to customer satisfaction.As 12 years of operation,J City English education school has realized that it is important to recruit an English training institution.It is important to recruit new students,but it is essential to retain the old students and make the school have a good reputation.Good reputation can not only keep the old students but also increase the recommendation of the new students.This makes everyone pay more attention to customer satisfaction,that is,customers.The quality of teaching services and overall satisfaction of training schools.This paper first makes a theoretical analysis of teaching service quality and customer satisfaction,and forms the theoretical framework and basic basis for this study.On this basis,the current situation of J-city English training was analyzed,and the factors affecting customer satisfaction were analyzed.Following this,an in-depth analysis of the J-City EF Education School was conducted,and investigations were conducted.The J-city of EF Education was determined through overall identification and sampling methods.Parents of the students in the school made the “EFG Education Customer Satisfaction Survey” to collect relevant data and used the satisfaction index model to calculate the customer satisfaction of the EF School of J City through the reliability analysis and the descriptive analysis of the observation variables.The numerical value further analyzes that the four major items that urgently need to improve the quality of teaching services are teacher resources,teaching and counseling,service quality,and training effectiveness.Finally,from the individual to the team and from the department to the whole,these four issues are targeted.Suggestions and improvements.
