With the introduction of the“Double reduction”policy,the existing offline education and training institutions have already faced bankruptcy and had to change their business forms.At present,the development of education and training institutions has entered the stage of comprehensive competition,it has become an important task for the education and training industry to realize the transformation and innovation of business forms,improve the service quality of online education institutions and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the improvement of XES school service quality,to innovate the XES school service,and to meet the challenges and opportunities brought by the “Double reduction”policy.In this paper,XES net calibration of HWL group is taken as the research object.The status quo of its service quality and influencing factors are studied,and its service innovation is studied.Firstly,the SERVQUAL model is improved according to the selection principle of evaluation index,from 7 aspects of Tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy,information and supervision,this paper summarizes,sorts out and supplements the customer demand of Xes Network School,and generates 17 evaluation indexes of service quality that need to be evaluated,the existing service quality of XES network school is evaluated by using the method of questionnaire,and the expectation value and feeling value of customers are obtained,according to the results of the analysis,we can see that at present,there is a big gap between the three dimensions of supervision,reliability and responsiveness,and customers are not satisfied with the service experience of these three dimensions.Therefore,further factor analysis is carried out on the data,this paper analyzes the main index dimensions which affect the quality of school service of XES network,the main indicators that affect the quality of XES school services are(teachers can accurately record students’ course information)and(deal with students’ complaints in a timely manner and improve the service quality according to the actual situation),at the same time,it also makes a comprehensive evaluation on other aspects that affect the quality of school service on XES network,to create the development countermeasures of the xnet school PDCA circulation mode from four aspects: the clear service quality goal,the application of XES net school Ipa Model,the implementation of service quality periodic audit and the establishment of comprehensive service quality improvement,and the XES network school service innovation,drawing the XES network school service blueprint,using the quality house model design to plan the XES Network School Service Quality Improvement Direction and development innovation strategy,consummates the XES network school service quality standard.Finally,through the evaluation of XES network school service quality improvement and service innovation,the main achievements have been made in six areas,making XES network school find the Development Direction under “Double reduction”policy.
