Basically,French society has always attached great importance to formal e ducation and diplomas,those with formal education channel and diploma would be more competitive in employment comparing with the informal learning edu cation groups,this phenomenon reveals problems of education equity.The Soci al Modernization Act promulgated in 2002 has literally marked the birth of the Recognition of Prior Learning in France,which has certified some people's le arning outcomes,relieved the inequality resulted from the different forms of ed ucation and reflected the conception of collaborative governance.The Recogniti on of Prior Learning in France was born in the 1930 s,which accumulated rich experience within the nearly 90 years of reform and development.In fact,China and France bear the similar tradition of attaching importanc e to formal learning,with lots of informal learning groups in the society.In re cent years,China is also engaged in exploring such system,The National Voca tional Educational Reform and Implementation Plan promulgated in 2019 has t he goal of "Achieving the Recognition,Accumulation and Transformation of Le arning Outcomes".Through this text,it is found that this goal is actually to ac hieve the transformation between different qualifications,it also reveals two ma jor themes of educational equity and collaborative governance.Therefore,the re search of the Recognition of Prior Learning in France can provide a new pers pective for the domestic system construction.The development,status quo of the Recognition of Prior Learning in Fran ce is collated via historical analysis,literature analysis,case study and compara tive research in this study,with specific explanation of the reasons behind it.S econdly,the typical specific certification in the three major industries is selecte d as a case,with specific certification process analysis,and characteristics sum mary.It answered respectively how the Recognition of Prior Learning reflected and why can guarantee education equity and synergistic governance.Finally,by combining with the domestic system-exploration problems,four revelations are acquired,including “exploring the realistic reasons for constructing the learning outcomes recognition system","formulating the relevant legal safeguards","deve loping the recognition system in view of the principle of advance gradually ","making more social subjects realize the value of Recognition of Prior Learnin g ",and “exploring the basis for setting up specific recognition procedures and methods” respectively.
