Design And Implementation Of Visual Online Discussion Platform Based On Knowledge Building Principle

In the era of rapid development of information technology,the demand for educational innovation is rising day by day.In this context,computer-supported collaborative learning research has become an important direction to explore the innovation of learning methods.In the theoretical and practical research of collaborative learning,the theory of knowledge building focusing on collective knowledge growth and collaborative innovation has attracted increasing attention.It is characterized by the innovation of knowledge,the development of collective view and deep learning,it emphasizes the joint creation of knowledge in the community.Many researchers also try to apply the principle of knowledge building to discuss how to design and conduct learning activities in different technical environments.Based on the principle of continuous improvement of idea and related visual research theories in knowledge construction theory,this study designs and implements a visual online platform to support collaborative discussions.This platform is designed to promote continuous improvement of perspectives in collaborative knowledge building activities and encourages participants to generate diverse perspectives.In the interaction design of the discussion platform,the platform supports the participants' idea generation,idea connection,idea improvement and sublimation;in the visual design of the platform,different symbols are designed for different types of content,and the platform provides content generated by the discussion group.Visual presentation and layout make it easier for users to grasp the overall content of the discussion and discuss trends.The main research content of this paper is as follows: firstly,it analyzes the development status of online discussion platforms based on knowledge building theory at home and abroad,and summarizes the characteristics of different platforms and their influence on discussion.Secondly,the demand of the visual online discussion platform based on knowledge building is analyzed,and the idea of applying the visualization scheme to the design of the online discussion platform is proposed,and then the function of the platform,user use process,database and man-machine interaction are designed.Then using Linux operating system as a technology development environment,using SQLite database,python,JavaScript as the main development language,technology to achieve a visual discussion platform;Finally,the platform is applied to an online discussion activity of a course to analyze the effect of the platform on the improvement of collective views in the case.The experimental results show that the visual online discussion platform designed in this study can promote the continuous improvement of group views,and has a positive effect on promoting the interaction between learners,deepening the depth of discussion and promoting individual thinking on problems.
