Under the new curriculum reformation, the province has implemented it in September 2010. The Ministry of education has issued three Professional Standards for teacher, include professional idea and ethics, professional knowledge, professional competence. About the profession competence, three basic requirements of instructional design are proposed. The Standards provided the development direction for teachers’ professional development, and it’s an important basis of the teacher cultivation, admittance, training, evaluation. This thesis discussed the instructional design to compare the novice teacher and proficient teacher. About the methods of research, way of thinking, define of the content, the summary of results and conclusions are as follows: First, research methodology includes document retrieval, classroom observation, interviewing and comparison; Second, instructional design are compared as text, include objective, teaching process, student’s work. Third, the analysis of its components cover teaching background, objective, important and difficult points, method and strategy, teaching process and activity, measurement and evaluation of leaning outcomes, reflection after teaching. Fourth, summary of research conclusion of instructional design include preparation, design, reflection. Fifth, the author draws conclusion on how to carry out teaching design for chemistry teachers from three aspects——preparation before class, implementation in the class and extension after the class.
