Study On The Motivation Of College Physical Education Students To Participate In Community Sports Volunteer Service In Changchun

Community sports is an important part of improving the physical fitness of our citizens and enhancing their overall national strength.Therefore,the development of community sports volunteer services is increasingly important for the development of community sports.The development of community sports requires the participation of a large number of volunteers.At present,the people who participate in community sports volunteer service in China are mainly community retirees,who are older and lack professional knowledge.Compared with community retirees,college sports majors have stronger professional ability and younger age.However,at present,the development and utilization rate of college sports majors in China is low and the degree of attention is not high,which leads to the idle and waste of college sports talent resources,the lack of supply of community sports services,and the small number of professionals involved in community sports activities.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to understand the motivation types and influencing factors of college PE majors participating in community sports volunteer service in Changchun City,and to propose effective measures to stimulate college PE students to participate in community sports volunteer service motivation,in order to guide and stimulate their participation in community sports.Volunteer service makes recommendations.In this study,the literature was used to read and sort the relevant literature,and the data was collected and analyzed by interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Through investigation and research,the results show that:1.Among the surveyed subjects,the number of sports majors who participated in community sports volunteer service accounted for 39% of the total.Among the students who participated,three motivations existed in the motivation of the sports majors,and the altruistic motivation dominated.2.There is no significant difference in the motivations of sports majors in terms of gender,political appearance,and nationality.There are significant differences in altruistic motives and social motivations at the grade level;there are significant differences in self-interested motives and altruistic motives in the professional direction;Significant differences;there are significant differences in student cadres' experience in altruistic motivation and social motivation.3.Among the family factors,the two factors of parental approval and family member participation have a greater impact on the motivation of community sports volunteer service.Family income only affects students' participation motivation under the interaction of parents and the three factors..Among school factors,school organizational factors have a greater impact on volunteer service motivation,and school rewards have an impact on participation motivation under the interaction with school organizational factors.Among the social factors,three factors have an impact on students' motivation to participate,among which social propaganda factors have the greatest impact.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.The motivations of college physical education students in Changchun City to participate in community sports volunteer service include self-interest,altruism and profit society.The altruistic motivation is in a dominant position.2.The personal characteristics of PE students will affect their motivation to participate in community sports volunteer service.Among them,grades,majors,and student cadre experience factors include three motivations for college PE students to participate in community sports volunteer service.It has an impact on self-interested motives;gender and political differences do not affect the motivation of sports majors to participate in community sports volunteer service.3.The opportunities for college PE students to participate in community sports volunteer service in Changchun City are influenced by three factors: family,school and society.Some of the students who are strongly motivated to participate in community sports volunteer service often have relevant volunteer service experiences and can agree to their participation in volunteer service,which is not significantly related to family income.Schools can influence the participation of physical education students in community sports volunteer service by organizing activities and rewarding participating students.In addition,the strong publicity of the society,the high degree of social recognition and the importance of the society to influence the motivation of students to participate in community sports volunteer service.
