Study On The Countermeasures To Improve Service Level Of Community Sports Volunteer Jinzhou City

As an important backbone of human resource of community sports， the level of communitysports volunteers will affect the quality， depth and the breadth of the community sportsdevelopment. How to promote the rapid development and maturity of sports volunteers， andhow to make it play a greater role in the development of community sports， is an urgentproblem to solve.This paper,using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview andmathematical statistics， investigates and analyzes present service status of community sportsvolunteer in Jinzhou city， that is,the basic situation of community sports volunteer， servicestatus of community sports volunteer. and then the paper puts forward the following problems：their age， occupation structure are not reasonable; service of improvement is not enough; thescientific service must be enhanced; the hoggish tendency of service consciousness is obvious;The awareness of the importance of security is not enough.As to the problems above of service of community sports volunteer in Jinzhou city， weshould take measures from the following aspects： volunteer themselves， trainer， departmentin charge and society. First， community sports volunteers should rely on the professionalquality to improve the service ability; second， trainers should be based on the rationalknowledge to promote the development of volunteer service; the competent departments shallimprove the mechanism of management to provide support for Volunteer Service; the societyshould create healthy environment advocating universal participation in volunteer service.
