In educational research,more and more scholars recognize the importance of social networks for learning.They find that “social” is not the background of learning,but the learning process itself.The social cognitive theory of learning believes that all learning is social,knowledge is constructed through social interaction,and knowledge acquisition comes from the acquisition of knowledge interaction.Participants in a social interaction network can leverage the experience and knowledge contained in the network to improve their learning performance.Social network analysis provides a new method for studying interactive learning.It can be used to analyze participants in online learning forums.These relationship structures can be displayed graphically to help teachers understand and evaluate teaching activities.This study is based on the method of social network analysis,combined with the "Teacher Information Technology Literacy" course practice,through three rounds of action research,in the form of topic discussion,on the learning platform.UCINET social network analysis tools are used to analyze the network structure and gradually improve the deficiencies in the interactive learning process.By comparing the overall interactive learning effects of the three-round action research,the relationship between learner interaction and interactive learning effects is analyzed,and an effective strategy for improving learners' interactive learning effects is provided.This research is mainly divided into three parts:(1)Collected and compiled a large amount of relevant information about interactive learning and social network analysis,summarized the relevant research results of using social network analysis to analyze learner's interactive learning behavior at home and abroad,and summarized the theoretical basis and practice of interactive learning and social network analysis significance.(2)From the perspective of learners' interactive learning of social networks,69 learners were organized to interact in the online course discussion area on the online course of "Teacher Information Technology Literacy".Through three rounds of action research,social network analysis method is used to analyze the interaction mode and connectivity between learners,to study the interaction of learners in interactive learning of online courses,to gradually improve the deficiencies in the process of interactive learning,and to improve the learning of interactive learning,implementation strategy.(3)The evaluation criteria are formulated from the two dimensions of topic relevance and topic contribution,and the overall interactive learning effect of learners in each round of action research is evaluated.The comparative study shows that the higher the learner interaction level,the better the learner's interactive learning effect.At the same time,it provides certain suggestions and strategies for improving the interactive learning effect of learners.Learners improve their learning performance through interactive learning,use the learning process to construct knowledge,promote collaboration and communication among learners,and provide a new idea for teachers' online teaching.
