With the development and popularization of "three communication two platforms","person to person" which is the core of "three unicom" is extensively constructed and applied. As a kind of virtual learning environment, e-learning space supports the effective interaction between teaching and learning, teaching and teaching, learning and learning,which can provide effective support for students to carry out independent learning, inquiry learning and collaborative learning. In e-learning space, learners complete the learning task mainly through interaction, communication and joint consultation, so how to promote the enthusiasm of students for participating in the interaction is one of the issues of concern.At present, domestic and foreign research on the interaction in the online learning environment is mainly focused on the virtual learning community or online collaborative learning, while study on the interaction of specific teaching practice in e-learning space is relatively less. Based on this, this paper from the empirical point of view, analyses the interactive behavior among students in e-learning space by SNA, focuses on the features of network structure which is formed from the intragroup and intergroup interaction, and explores the effects of different network structures on learning outcomes, thus providing guidance for students interaction in the teaching and learning activities based on e-learning space. The work done is as follows:Firstly, study on the structure of intragroup interactive network. We collect the data of group internal interaction from QQ, establish the relation matrix, then analyse the two aspects about the cohesion of network and learners, characteristics in the network by Ucinet 6.0. On the basis, comparing the interactive network between different groups, as well as the characteristics of the group leader and members in the network, in order to grasp the features of intragroup interactive network structure.Secondly, study on the structure of intergroup interactive network. We collect the interaction data between groups from the cloud forum and QQ, establish the relation matrix,then analyse the network cohesion and characteristics of learners in the network by Ucinet 6.0. On the basis, comparing the intragroup and intergroup interactive network structure,as well as the characteristics of the leader and members in the network.Thirdly, explore the impact of the interactive network structure on learning outcomes.Through the correlation analysis and the difference analysis, this paper discusses the influence of network density, network distance, network centralization on the learning effect, and the difference between the core participants and the edge participants.Fourthly, propose the guidance of student interaction in e-learning space. On the basis of the above analysis, some suggestions are put forward in the application of e-learning space in teaching.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:The cohesion of group interactive network is relatively better and learners are closely linked; there is a significant difference in the centrality index between leader and members,the leader mostly locates in the core of the network, who could organize and guide the group interactive activities, and has a high learning prestige.The cohesion of the interactive network between groups is very general, the network structure is sparse, and the average of two members need to establish the connection between members.In the intragroup interactive network, there is significant correlation between the network density, network distance and learning outcomes, while network centralization and learning outcomes has no direct relationship; in the intergroup interactive network, the co're participants' and edge participants' learning have significant difference.In the application of e-learning space in the teaching practice, students should be encouraged to actively construct interactive network, strengthen the team of internal and external communication, focuse on the development of core members, pay close attention and attract the edge members, create a good atmosphere of trust and sharing.
