The childhood of our children is spent with the title of "student" and is developed in the process of "learning".Therefore,we try to pursue the role of education,but how to make children happy through education and enhance the happiness of the whole society becomes the future development direction of society."So shaping a beautiful personality,cultivating a sound character,and making children have a good life is the most important mission of education.A good life should start from a happy childhood.Returning childhood and childlikeness to children as an education Claim."Campus life is the primary component of a student's life activities.The quality of a student's life depends on its quality to a large extent,and it also cultivates the quality of human life.Kangbashi II adhered to this principle and established the concept of “happiness education” to make children happy in their lifetime.As a geographically remote school,Kangbashi II has established the educational philosophy of “happiness education” based on the actual situation of the school.It has been eight years since the development of this moment,forming a relatively complete educational concept model.Therefore,this paper will elaborate on the following aspects: First,the source and significance of the topic selected in this study,and an overview of the literature review needed in this study.The core concepts proposed in this study are defined,and the difficult problems that arise in the research process are summarized.The second is a detailed introduction to the background,establishment,formation and improvement of the concept of “happiness education” in the second primary school of Kangbashi.The third is to interpret the concept of "happiness education" in the second primary school ofKangbashi.It will start from the school management system and the happiness curriculum set by the school,and analyze the "happiness education" theory.Read the management of the school.The teacher first feels happy,and will pass this feeling to the students.Therefore,the fourth part is the implementation of the school's teacher level under the concept of “happiness education”.It is interpreted by the school's policies for cultivating teachers and written by teachers.Educational records and interviews with teachers are used as evidence.The fourth part is the development of students under the concept of "happiness education".The students of Kangbashi Second Elementary School conduct research on subjective well-being,conduct interviews and questionnaires,go deep into the classroom,and teach the school "happiness education".implementation of the content of happiness classes and happiness moral education established under the concept is tracked.In the last part of the thesis,the author summarizes the advantages and areas that need improvement in the actual research process of Kangbashi Second Elementary School,as the second small internship summary in Kangbashi.Kangbashi second is based on the actual situation of the school,and puts forward the educational concept suitable for the development of the school.Under this educational concept,it is beneficial to the long-term development of the school,teachers and students.Other schools can use this as a reference to find out the educational philosophy,development direction and firm beliefs that are suitable for their own school to create a better future for the school.
