In 2012,the Ministry of Education promulgated the “Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6”,which clearly stated in the“Description”: “ value the learning quality of young children.” Learning initiative as an aspect of learning quality has also attracted national attention.Conflict with initiative and guilt is the most important issue in pre-school period.,Initiative is the positive quality that children in 3-6 years old may form.Moreover,science is characterized by abstractness and logic.In the nascent stage of abstract logical thinking,children actively participate in scientific collective education activities,actively discover the characteristics of things through the operation of materials,actively explore problems,and actively interact and cooperate with their peers,thus embodying complex and abstract scientific knowledge.At the same time,it promotes the development of children's learning initiative.This study is based on the eight-stage theory of Erikson's personality development?the teaching of Reggio Europe?the high-wide curriculum,and the humanistic education concept of Rogers.It is hoped that a questionnaire survey will be conducted on 102 preschool teachers in Hohhot.A comprehensive understanding of the development of learning initiative in science collective education activities for large class children.In addition,the children's learning initiative was observed and analyzed in 13 scientific collective education activities collected from 6 large classes in the kindergartens of the Hohhot Youth Activity Center and the Inner Mongolia Normal University Experimental Kindergarten.The purpose was to understand the large class children in the scientific collective education activities,the five dimensions of learning initiative: active participation,active discovery,active communication,active exploration,active cooperation,and the status quo of how kindergarten teachers can develop children'slearning initiative in large-scale scientific collective education activities Investigate and organize,and learn that in the Hohhot area,the teachers' guidance on the development of children's learning initiative in the large-scale scientific group education activities of kindergartens is: the atmosphere of the activity is safe and harmonious,the design of the activity target is comprehensive,and the activity materials are distributed around the target and the activity materials.At the same time,teachers also have guiding deficiencies in the development of activity goals?selection of activities and activities.Based on the investigation and analysis of the initiative and the initiative of children's learning in the large-scale scientific group education activities in Hohhot,the teachers,children,peers,parents,activity atmosphere,activity materials and other aspects are used to explore the influence of large class children in scientific collective education activities.Learning the factors of active development.Finally,from the aspects of activity objectives,activity content,activity process,activity evaluation,and home cooperation,the kindergarten can better put forward practical and feasible suggestions for promoting the initiative development of children's learning in scientific collective education activities.
