| It always occurred that children have irregular behavior in kindergarten collectiveteaching activities, therefore, the teacher guidance (words, expressions, motions, etc.) plays animportant role on the children's code of conduct in classroom. Especially to children in thecrucial period of entering primary school, the teacher guidance to their anomie behavior willaffect their behavioral habits and school adaptation.The purpose of this study is to collate and organize the types of teacher guidance andchildren anomie behavior, and to know about the current status of teacher guidance, thedifference between different teachers in guiding, and on this basis to analyze the reasons forchildren anomie behavior, the factors of teacher guidance, so as to further explore the effect bydifferent teacher guidance, the impact on children's behavior and emotion, and the impact onchildren by teachers' different verbal guidance.To achieve the above purpose, three ways have been used: questionnaire, on-siteobservation and interview. The study demonstrates that: teachers with different seniority andeducational background have different ways of guiding; teachers use verbal guidance mostcommonly, use "verbal guidance with physical assistance" and "nonverbal guidance withphysical assistance" least; different teacher guidance will cause different children's reflection,most of the teacher guidance can cause children's positive reflect, but some will cause morenegative emotion of children; in the way of verbal guidance, teachers will receive morepositive response from children when they use types of "asking" and "suggestion".From the perspective of children development, this study explores the scientific andeffective teacher guidance to promote physical and mental development of children; from theperspective of educational practice, it provides some reference for kindergarten teachers to improve their own quality and efficiency in the classroom; from the perspective of respect forchildren's culture, it thinks over the children anomie behavior which really needs to be guided,and thinks over the correct concepts and strategies of teacher guidance. |
