The key point of the new curriculum reform is to require teachers to face all students and implement teaching according to their personality differences.Each student is an independent and complex individual.Due to their genetic factors,family environment,and different educational conditions,As a result,different students have different interests,basic knowledge,learning habits,and learning ability.Although physics comes from life,the discipline of physics is relatively abstract,and it has certain requirements for logical thinking ability and hands-on experimentation ability.In the traditional "class teaching system" model,a unified model is always used.According to the fixed "one size fits all" form to regulate and restrain students,regardless of the individual differences of students,there will be the problem that the difficulty of teachers teaching and students 'learning ability do not match,which is not conducive to the implementation of the policy of quality education.The stratified teaching of students can enable students to master solid physical phenomena and physical knowledge,learn flexibly,and apply skillfully,and can better improve their learning level.In the stratified teaching research abroad,teachers are required to be good at discovering the individual characteristics of each student in teaching.Through the concrete implementation of many schools,effective results have been achieved.Domestic stratified teaching research,from Confucius "according to material" principle to the practical implementation of many modern schools,it can be seen that the gradual implementation of stratified teaching model not only respects the different differences of different students,but also makes up for some deficiencies in traditional teaching.However,there are also certain shortcomings.The gap between the third layer and the first layer is getting larger and larger,and the self-confidence of a student is not established.Therefore,after summing up and analyzing their stratified teaching research,the author has done the following work:Based on the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper makes clear the background,purpose and significance of the research,analyzes the current situation of students 'study,analyzes their classroom performance and achievements,finds out the shortcomings of the teaching model,and finds a large number of students and parents todo a questionnaire.Based on the theory of educationalists in various countries and based on the actual situation of students,students have been stratified at the first,second,third,and third levels,and their performance has been analyzed and summarized in a timely manner.The implementation of a stage of stratified teaching has a relatively significant effect.It can enable students on the third floor to broaden their knowledge,develop their thinking,and improve the self-confidence of students on the first floor.After a period of study,30 % of students have moved from the second floor to the second floor,25 % of students have moved from the first floor to the second floor,and the pass rate of students on the first floor has also been greatly improved.Hierarchical teaching can start from the "learning" of students,start from the "needs" of students,pay attention to the overall development of students,and can also match teaching content with different difficulties for students at different levels.By allowing them to achieve the maximum degree of development in accordance with their own realities,meeting the needs of students 'differentiation and diversity,and combining teaching with common development,students' initiative in learning physics can be comprehensively improved.
