Intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as “non-legacy”)is an important part of excellent traditional culture and a valuable asset formed by human beings in the long-term practice of production and life.It represents the unique spiritual outlook and identity of a country and a nation.The non-legacy of Guizhou Province was created by the people of Guizhou under certain geographical conditions and historical conditions.It represents the highest realm of Guizhou's people' spiritual creation and has a high and rich educational value.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities shoulders the major task of cultivating the builders and successors of the socialist cause of all around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics.Studying of non-legacy in Guizhou Province into ideological and political education into colleges is not only an inevitable choice for ideological and political education in the context of “globalization”,in the complex environmental environment currently faced,but also in the inevitable choice of multiculturalism with its own cultural soil impedance.It is also the realistic need of strengthening ideological and cultural strength,improving the timeliness of educating people,and practicing cultural inheritance and innovation in the context of the new era.It is also an objective requirement for strengthening the ideological and political education advantages of local colleges and universities.The "humanization" of non-legacy and the "educating" of Ideological and political education have inherent consistency.Ideological and political education is an effective way to realize non-hereditary inheritance and innovation.It also provides an inexhaustible source for strengthening and improving ideological and political education.The relationship between the two provides a theoretical basis for Guizhou Province to integrate non-legacy into Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The theoretical basis of Guizhou non-legacy as a kind of local culture integrating into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is mainly embodied in the feasibility and necessity of Guizhou non-legacy integrating into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The feasibility is mainly embodied in thenon-legacy resources of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in Guizhou and the value purpose of integrating into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The necessity is mainly embodied in Guizhou non-legacy.Integrating ideological and political education into colleges and universities is the requirement of the times for ideological and political education to fulfill its cultural mission,the inevitable choice to solve the cultural dilemma of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and the realistic need to promote the all-round development of College students.The survey found that Guizhou Province's non-legacy integration into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has some problems,such as poor integration effect,inadequate integration atmosphere,inadequate integration path,inadequate use of carriers,inadequate integration strength,imperfect safeguard mechanism,lack of attention to non-legacy integration in Colleges and universities,shallow awareness of the value of non-legacy integration by educators,inadequate grasp of non-legacy integration methods by educators,and high level.The inadequate platform of Ideological and political education by non-relics is the main reason for the problems.Incorporating non-legacy into ideological and political education in colleges and universities should adhere to the four principles of taking advantage of the trend,newness due to potential,taking advantage of advantages,and varying from person to person.It is a key measure to improve the security mechanism,transform the concept of cultural integration,create a suitable environment,enhance the non-legacy cultural literacy of ideological and political teachers,expand the effective integration path,and make full use of the integration of carriers to effectively integrate into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.
