There have been methodological problems in the discipline of educational history since its establishment in China in the early 20 th century.However,due to the lack of sufficient attention,methodological research has not been carried out in depth for a long time.After the reform and opening up,under the stimulation and drive of various complicated factors at home and abroad,both inside and outside the discipline,Chinese education history workers have also begun to pay attention to methodological issues.So far,the methodological study of educational history has gone through nearly 40 years of exploration.It has not only achieved fruitful research results,but also has obvious shortcomings.In order to further enhance the systematic nature of existing research results and its effective guidance for future methodological research,it is necessary to make an overall review and comprehensive reflection on the development and research of China's educational historiography methodology since the reform and opening up.The introduction part first introduces the dual significance of the reflection on the methodology of educational historiography.Then the concept of "education history" and "methodology" is conceptually defined.At the same time,from the two dimensions of "historical research" and "theoretical research",the research content of previous educational history methodology is summarized.These combings laid the foundation for the development of the study and established a space for further research.The main body of the text consists of four chapters,two parts.The first three chapters are the first part.According to the order of time development,the research process of educational historiography methodology in the 40 years since the reform and opening up has been divided into three stages—revival,deepening,and prosperous.The internal and external backgrounds of the research on the methodology of educational historiography at each stage of development,as well as the progress and achievements made in the methodology research,are introduced one by one.The fourth chapter is the second part.From the two aspects of feature summarization and future development direction,this paper summarizes and rethinks the development process of methodology research of Chinese educational historiography since the reform and opening up.In this paper,the research on the development of the methodology of educational historiography since the reform and opening up,through the review of the development process in the past 40 years,grasps the research results and progress made in different historical stages and under different backgrounds,and to further feature summarization and road exploration.It is an attempt to explore and discover the laws and logics of the methodology of educational historiography,and provide some useful references and references for the future research of educational historiography methodology,with a view to benefiting.
