Design And Implementation Of Student Activity Management System Based On WeChat Small Program

In the current reform of vocational school education system in China,in addition to the changes in educational forms and methods,the improvement of comprehensive quality and ability of talents is one of the important ways to vigorously implement,emphatically establish and implement.The good development of campus student activities has improved students' skills and practical abilities,and trained the comprehensive quality and professional ability of talents.Therefore,it is particularly important to manage student activities well.The traditional paper and manual management mode has the characteristics of slow information transmission and low efficiency;relying on the web site or app of the network platform,the development is difficult and the applicability is low.Wechat small program development speed,no independent installation,a wide range of applications,significant functional advantages,and its combination with student activity management,not only meet the functional requirements of traditional student activity management,but also open up a new platform for mobile management.In this paper,the student activity management system based on Wechat applet is analyzed and designed comprehensively.Firstly,starting from the activity management of secondary vocational schools,this paper compares the situation of student activity management at home and abroad,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream software development model,and obtains the needs of activity managers and students for student activity management through field investigation.Secondly,on the basis of requirement,it provides technical support for the development and implementation of the system by combining the technical characteristics and functional advantages of the development of Weixin applet cloud.It also uses UML Abstract diagrams such as use case diagrams,sequence diagrams and system structure diagrams to carry out seven modules: activity management,registration management,comment management,game check-in management,data analysis,notificationannouncement and user management.Functional description.Finally,the system function modules are implemented by using Wechat applet and Wechat cloud development technology,and code editing,development and debugging,and program release are carried out by Wechat Web developer tools.Based on the "MINA" framework theory,the system uses the components provided by the development framework and the native API of Wechat to develop and design,and stores data in a document database.After functional and performance tests,the test results show that the functions of the student management system based on the Wechat applet have achieved the desired results.The development and use of the system realizes the mobile management of student activities,saves manpower and material resources,simplifies work procedures,helps schools to manage and organize activities efficiently,improves management efficiency and management level;at the same time,it brings students a good sense of experience.As long as students have a smart phone,they can access,interact and experience conveniently and quickly,and improve the initiative of students' participation.To further improve the efficiency and quality of student activities,to achieve the purpose of propaganda and active dissemination,to enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate,and to promote the construction of school style of study and the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality.
