WeChat is gradually applied in school management communication and becomes an important means of communication between principals and teachers.Through the research on the current WeChat communication situation and problems of the middle school principals and teachers,it is helpful to enhance the efficiency of communication and improve the management level of the school.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,the current situation and problems of WeChat communication between principals and teachers in middle schools are studied through questionnaire survey,comparative research method and cross research method.I conducted a questionnaire survey on some middle school principals and teachers in H prpvince.The respondents included 120 principals and 194 teachers.The research shows that there are four problems in the WeChat communication between principals and teachers in Middle school: communication will is not strong,poor communication skills,willing to pay the WeChat communication cost is lower and the noise in the communication process.Through in-depth analysis,WeChat communication problems are caused by the WeChat software's own defects and the artificial reasonof the principals and teachers.Artificial reason are the most important reason for communication barriers,including the school principals and teachers have insufficient understanding of WeChat communication,WeChat communication skills are inadequate,and the lack of WeChat group management.WeChat software's own defects need to be constantly updated and improved.However,solve the problem which is caused by human reasons,it need the school principals and teachers improve WeChat communication awareness,communication skills and art,build trust relationship and create a good self-image.There are few researches on WeChat communication between principals and teachers at present,through the study of this aspect,we can complement the insufficient of theory and practice,in order to better use WeChat in school management,and play its role to the maximum.It can provide scientific reference for WeChat's application in school management.
