| In the era of rapid Internet development people are in the ocean of knowledge,but they endure the hunger and thirst of knowledge.In the era of knowledge economy where information explosion and information overload coexist how to effectively manage personal knowledge and make good use of the great value of knowledge will affect people.Study,work,life,etc.This is especially true for middle school students who have weak emotional motivation and poor self-management skills.Personal knowledge management can help them strengthen their knowledge management,develop knowledge management habits,build a personal knowledge ecosystem,and enhance individual learning,effectiveness.Through literature research,this paper finds that the personal knowledge management for middle school students has great research value.Firstly,from the essence of the theories of connectivity,knowledge transfer theory,knowledge ecology,etc.,through analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of current various platforms and various forms of personal knowledge management tools,combined with the middle school students’personal knowledge management needs questionnaire and interview results.Design and develop a self-learning and self-management knowledge tool for middle school students by using the popular,convenient,and intercommunicated WeChat applet.Through the preliminary analysis of feasibility analysis,case analysis,and demand analysis,the development environment is set up,the appropriate development technology is selected,and detailed functional design and development are carried out.The main functional modules designed include the system login module and the subject knowledge module.Add note modules,personal modules,and each module has some specific functions.This basically develops the personal knowledge management small program for middle school students.Then,using questionnaires and interviews,the experience of middle school students using WeChat applet was investigated,and the application effect analysis was based on this.Based on the theory of knowledge transformation and knowledge management maturity model,the five stages of knowledge management maturity,namely knowledge disorder,knowledge response,knowledge recognition,knowledge awareness and knowledge sharing,are combined with the actual situation of student use and small program function.Questionnaires and interviews are designed in five areas:knowledge management concepts,knowledge management systems,knowledge awareness,knowledge utilization,and knowledge sharing.The results of the survey and interviews show that before the middle school students use the small program,most of the middle school students are in the stage of knowledge response.Some students have a certain knowledge of knowledge management and simple knowledge management behavior,but they do not know how to use good technical tools to manage relevant knowledge.I don’t know how to share knowledge better.After using the middle school students’ personal knowledge management WeChat applet,most students can enter the knowledge awareness stage and even the knowledge sharing stage,and the WeChat platform makes knowledge sharing easier. |
