Guangzhou GM Technician College is a full-time public Technician College Affiliated to the Guangzhou Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.There are five advanced industrial departments in this college,namely,the Department of Manufacturing Industry,the Information Service Industry,the Cultural and Creative Industry,the Department of Energy Applications and Trade Services,and the Department of Industrial Robot Application and Maintenance,Mechatronics,Computer Network Response.39 majors,such as using,computer animation production,testing and maintenance of new energy vehicles,are closely linked with regional economic and social development.Due to the continuous expansion of enrollment in all kinds of universities,the situation of competition between universities and technical schools has arisen.However,the lack of understanding of technical education by society and parents has greatly affected the enrollment of technical schools.Guangzhou GM Technician College does not set a threshold for entrance scores,and unrestricted enrollment leads to a decline in the quality of College students,and student management is even more difficult to carry out,resulting in a decline in the quality of employment.The development and innovation of traditional enrollment are different from that of multi-form,multi-channel and multi-direction enrollment planning.One of the important links is to strengthen the promotion of the brand of the college and expand the influence of the college.According to the research,there are great differences between the traditional line-down stalls and the direct recruitment through the Internet and the multi-way,multi-channel and multi-direction means of enrollment.The development of enrollment brought about by the change is of positive practical value.Although GM technician College has some advantages in recruiting students,it still has the phenomenon of uneven distribution of majors and serious loss of students,which has become a hindrance to the rapid development of the College.Based on the theory of service marketing,this paper probes into the improvement strategies of college admissions.The research results can not only enrich the theory of recruitment and marketing in vocational and technical colleges,but also contribute to the promotion of marketing consciousness in the process of recruiting students of the same kind of schools.The establishment of brand image to improve the quality of students and improve the training effect is of great reference value to the realization of sustainable development of vocational and technical colleges and universities and the continuous transmission of high-quality technical talents for the national society.
