Since the new century,China's private higher education has been developing rapidly,and has made great progress and remarkable results,which has become an important part of China's higher education system and a significant force in educational reform and innovation.However,with the competition among private universities has become fierce day by day,and private universities have their inherent disadvantages..In the face of the profound changes in the external environment of higher education and the problems of private colleges,they must attach great importance to marketing and formulate their own practical education marketing strategies,so as to achieve sustained and healthy development.The paper takes Jiangxi N College as the research object,and discusses the current situation and path of implementing education marketing strategy in private universities.Firstly,The paper introduced the research background,significance,research content and method,and the innovation of the research.It reviewed the research literature on education marketing and marketing in higher education at home and abroad,and expounded the concepts of marketing strategy,education marketing,service marketing and other related theories.Then,from the service marketing 7P strategy,the present situation of Jiangxi N college education marketing is analyzed,the existing problems are pointed out,and the reasons are deeply analyzed.Finally,the conclusion is drawn and the optimization suggestions are put forward.The research has important guiding significance to carry out educational marketing practice in Jiangxi N college and even to private colleges in the whole country.
