Performance management is a systematic project,relates to the interests of teachers,involves a number of departments,can scientifically and effectively promote performance management for school development has important practical significance.M Middle School is the regional brand school,the overall development of the school in the region among the top,in the teaching team building is fruitful.Based on the superior policy and the reality,the performance appraisal system has played an important role in stimulating and guiding.This article takes it as the research object,uses the literature research method,in the aspects of investigation and research,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of relevant concepts,under the guidance of the theory of demand layer and the theory of double factors,this paper analyzes the present situation of performance appraisal in the aspects of the content,standard and stage of performance appraisal,and sums up the Wuhai of its existence.Strong leadership,clear standards,assessment norms and other work experience,analysis of the existing performance management of the performance of the main body set unreasonable,performance evaluation index system unscientific,performance appraisal method simple one-sided problems,and from the concept level,system level,technical level analysis of the causes of problems,At last,some improvement ideas are put forward.First,through the clear performance appraisal principle,carry out reasonable position setting,perfect the examination method,scientifically formulate the performance appraisal plan;Secondly,strengthen the application of the evaluation result through perfecting the teachers ' reward mechanism,strengthening the publicity of the performance appraisal and so on,strengthening the management guarantee through enhancing the construction of the assessment culture and absorbing the relevant personnel.Performance appraisal is an important part of school management,this paper,taking M Middle School as an example,puts forward some countermeasures to improve teachers ' performance management,provides theoretical support and experience for the optimization of teachers 'performance management,and helps deepen the reform of teachers 'performance management and promote the development of education and teaching.
