Analysis On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Entrepreneurship Mentality Of Higher Vocational College Students

Vocational college students' entrepreneurship mentality is their self-awareness and experience about entrepreneurship in the process of entrepreneurship.This self-awareness and experience will affect their judgment,decision-making and implementation of entrepreneurship,thus deciding the emergence and development of entrepreneurship.Based on the existing entrepreneurship mental model of 800 vocational college students in Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College,this study investigates the current situation of entrepreneurship mental state of vocational college students by using the "College Students' Entrepreneurship Mental Model Questionnaire".It also investigates their awareness of entrepreneurship,awareness of entrepreneurship environment,interest in entrepreneurship,motivation,efficiency of entrepreneurship,innovation tendency and daring 7 dimensions to explore and analyze,so as to propose targeted entrepreneurship education measures.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Except for the dimension of entrepreneurial motivation,there are significant differences among the other six dimensions of higher vocational students of different genders.2.Except for the cognitive dimension of entrepreneurial environment,there are significant differences among the other six dimensions of higher vocational students of different grades.3.There are significant differences in seven dimensions of entrepreneurship among vocational students of different professional categories.4.Except for the dimension of entrepreneurial interest,there are significant differences among the other six dimensions among the higher vocational students from different places of origin.5.There are significant differences between only-child and non-only-child in the seven dimensions of entrepreneurship mentality.6.There are significant differences among the seven dimensions of entrepreneurship mentality among vocational college students with different entrepreneurship experiences.7.In addition to entrepreneurial motivation dimension,there are significant differences among the other six dimensions among higher vocational students with different entrepreneurial education experience.In addition,according to the current situation of Higher Vocational Students' entrepreneurial mentality,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:1.Reform the mode of entrepreneurship education according to the current situation of different entrepreneurship education experiences.2.According to different entrepreneurial experiences,we should strengthen the guidance of entrepreneurship tracking.3.Choose a group of students with high level of entrepreneurship mentality and pay attention to the education of Entrepreneurship Model.4.Establishing a Whole-Course Employment Guidance System Based on the Current Situation of Students' Entrepreneurship Cognition.
