The Influence Of Volleyball Training And Contest On The Sports Confidence And Volitional Quality Of Female Volleyball Teams In Colleges And Universities

At present,the college students in the new era have strong self-awareness,but lack the spirit of solidarity and cooperation,and their volitional quality is poor.The university women's volleyball players are undergraduates with certain sports skills.Using spare time,participating in the team training,and researching and analyzing the influence of volleyball training and competition on sports confidence and volitional quality have important practical significance for the improvement of ordinary undergraduates' psychological quality.First of all,interviews and questionnaires were used to conduct research in-depth on the skill levels,enrollment methods,skills learning,training methods and match status of university women's volleyball players.Secondly,the effect of one-semester volleyball training and competition on the sports confidence and volitional quality of 82 women's volleyball players were analyzed using the experimental method,the scale test method,and the mathematical statistics method.(The same group: Wuhan University and Wuhan University of Technology,Hubei University of Economics and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.The different groups: Wuhan University and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education).The results of the study are as follows:(1)The survey results of the skill level,training and competition status of women's volleyball players show: Before entering the college,the volleyball skill level of the women's volleyball players in the first group was mostly zero-based,while the second group was the first-class or second-class athletes.After entering the school team,the members from both groups were able to achieve the required number of training times and time,and their training awareness was good,but the level and results of the competition were quite different.(2)Sports confidence :(1)At the end of the semester(comparison between groups),there was no significant difference in the sports confidence of the women's volleyball players in Wuhan University and Wuhan University of Technology,Hubei University of Economics and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education from the same group.At the beginning and end of the semester(intra-group comparison),there was a significant difference in the task confidence of the women's volleyball team from Wuhan University.It indicated that through the lesson of "intra-class integration" of volleyball and the combination with "mixed training methods",it helps to increase their volleyball awareness and skill level,enhance the belief in completing volleyball training and competition tasks,and improve the task confidence level.(2)At the end of the semester,the difference of reply confidence between women's volleyball teams from Wuhan University and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education was improved.It shows that the high-level women's volleyball players who are insisting on volleyball training are more confident in using their own abilities to overcome difficulties and complete tasks.However,the players from Wuhan University have adopted a “hybrid training method” and their training has been targeted.Their level of confidence in response has greatly increased.(3)Volitional quality :(1)At the end of the semester(comparison between groups),the women players have significantly different self-restraint and tenacity scores among Wuhan University and Wuhan University of Technology in the same group.There was no significant difference in the dimensions of the volitional quality in Hubei University of Economics and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.At the beginning and end of the semester(comparisons within the group),there was a significant difference in self-restraint scores and tenacity scores among University women's volleyball team members from Wuhan University.There was a significant difference in the tenacity scores of the team from Wuhan University of Technology.It indicated that the volleyball team from Wuhan University with multiple entries of competition and good results took targeted training measures,that is to say,viewing the video of individual or excellent team competition through the “volleyball video case library” and the effective use of “hybrid training methods”,and setting a reasonable training goal will help the players stimulate anti-frustration ability and tenacity,and promote willpower in the fierce volleyball match.(2)At the end of the semester,the differences in the subjective dimension,decisiveness dimension,and toughness dimension between the players in the Wuhan University and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education of different groups did not change,and the difference in perceived dimensions was significantly improved.The high-level women's volleyball players who showed a higher level of athletics and higher level of participation have increased their decisiveness and tenacity with the improvement of volleyball skills and tactics levels and their ability to compete.However,the ordinary undergraduate female members from Wuhan University use "mixed training methods" and "volleyball video case library",which are highly targeted for training,and have greatly promotional effects on volitional quality such as consciousness,tenacity,and decisiveness.(4)At the end of the semester,there was no significant difference in the dimensions of the volitional quality and sports confidence of the players in Hubei University of Economics and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,which indicated that the traditional volleyball training method doesn't have a clear promotional influence on sports confidence and volitional quality.While the volleyball "insideclass and out-of-class integration" lesson competition model and "hybrid training method" adopted by women's volleyball team from Wuhan University can be applied to the volleyball elective class.Targeted training of students' teamwork,tenacious struggle,and unremitting spirit provide practical foundation for the cultivation of undergraduates' confidence and volitional quality.
