China's women volleyball team is a team with excellent historical achievements and once become the spirit of the times.Since 80 s in the 20 th century of the "five consecutive years",after nearly 20 years of crushing sediment,they've been the world champion twice in 2003 and2004.However,in the past five years,China's women volleyball team has always been hovering in first and second group of the world women's volleyball group.In the Olympic Games of 2008 and the World Cup of 2011,China's women volleyball team was after the runner-up,and then come into the trough.In the 2012 London Olympic Games,it failed to enter the semi-finals,just tied for fifth place.While in the 2013 Grand Prix it won the silver medal,but missed the first qualitative in Asian Championship.In 2014 been the World Championship and then got silver,tied the best record in 16 years.In the year of 2015,it won the World Cup in Rio,finally went back to the top of Asia.In 2016 Brazil Rio Olympic Games,China's women volleyball team won the consolidation of the dominance once again.How to make the dominance of China's women volleyball team be stable,how to stand with the world's strong teams of the forest,how to achieve the sustainable development of China's competitive volleyball? It must rely on China's women volleyball team's scientific management and training of the reserve forces.To carry on the investigation and the study to understand and master China's women youth special physical quality and its training present situation,this article mainly uses the literature data method,the expert interview method,the observation method,the test method,the measurement method,the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis method.And in order to better organize our young women's volleyball team,to provide the basis for special physical training.The professional quality of the women's volleyball team members,I get more search of the actual situation of their training.As is concern to the comprehensive physical quality of the young women's volleyball team in our country and the special physical training of the young women's volleyball team in China in 2016.The results are as follows:(1)The new "National Games" cycle,the 2016 players bounce ability to move faster than other years,2015 lower limb explosive force,change the speed of movement is better than other years,but with the results of 2016 players do not have significant Sexual differences.There was no significant difference in the average test scores of the same age,but the vertical scores of thesame age in different years showed an increasing trend with the growth of the year.The specific characteristics of the specific physical characteristics of the specific characteristics of prominent,the same location in different years,although the significance of the longitudinal test is not obvious,but with the growth of the year showed an upward trend.(2)The special physical training of the Chinese young women's volleyball team is mainly by the assistant coaches.Responsible for the age of aging phenomenon,knowledge structure and training concept of the coaches are more old.But the coaches have coaching long life,with rich experience and work Experience,their title level is higher and the sports level is generally high.The characteristics of special projects and special physical fitness requirements to understand the profound,thus the coaches are able to better guide the team members to do physical training.(3)The main guiding principles of the special physical quality training of the young women's volleyball athletes in our country,are combined with the special principles,the principle of periodic arrangement and the principle of different treatment.The main training methods are repetitive training method,circular training method and transformation training method.Training means with the body functional training concept and the core strength of the introduction of the concept of training and increasingly rich.(4)The average organization of week training class are 3.5 times,the average duration of training sessions are 2.5 hours,most of the training are carried out in the afternoon,weekly training load model to "ladder","wave".The number of weeks training and the load mode is more reasonable,but the training time is longer.Concern to the athletes' energy metabolism of the physiological point,the preparation to the end of the training should be controlled within 2hours is more reasonable.(5)In the use of training equipment: the use of the traditional equipment are in good condition,like barbell,dumbbell,solid sphere,resistance band,skipping rope.some modern equipment has been equipped and used,like Swiss ball,balance pad,medicine ball,six side reaction sphere.
